Stayed here for two nights as a group of 3. Booked a triple room - rooms extremely small, and not ideal - would of been best booking two separate rooms, we travelled East Australia as a group of three but never struggled for space in other Hotels like we did here. Car parking - very expensive - on our last... More

the hotel share the tower with Mercure, check always what better rate you could get. The equipment in the gym aren't my favorite Technogym one, especially the pin loaded equipment are bulky and very basic exercises.

It say Mercure hotel on a tiny sign -we arrived at 2pm (check in time) had to wait almost an hour to check in along with several others, yes they gave us... More

This is the first time i am staying in the Pullman side of this property although this is my third stay in this property (previously I stayed in the Mercure side of the hotel). Pullman rooms are definitely better than the Mercure side as the latter rooms seems tired and worn (although it is fully serviceable and functional). The Pullman... More

We recently stayed two nights at the Pullman Brisbane King George Square, the receptionist was pleasant and courteous, our room which had been upgraded by the hotel had a lovely balcony and the view over Brisbane from the sixth floor was great. the room also had a very comfortable king size bed. The location was by far the best feature... More

Tried to check in at 2:30pm and room was not available, came back at 3:30pm, check in line takes over half an hour to get served also! Then despite standing at the counter for half an hour watching the staff member refresh the screen every 30 seconds waiting for a room to come available, she did not provide any information... More

Front desk not over friendly or welcoming. Website said nothing about pool not being in use, nor did the front desk on checkin but however they did offer to drive us to the Sofitel and back!! Cafe on site closes at 3 on Sunday which is very disappointing as after travelling was looking forward to it. The aircon is hard... More

Very nice hotel, clean, nice furnishings and professional personable staff. Would stay here again. Location was also really good, very near main street and Brisbane Museum (2 minute walk) The restaurant food i was not keen on for the dinner selection , it was not open for lunch.

The staff, especially the front desk, are quite bad. They need a proper training how to serve their customers. The rooms are tired, especially the bathroom. They need an upgrade. Every time I stayed, it made me feel it's just not a good hotel. However, the executive lounge is good and serving staff are friendly and efficient.

I stayed 5 nights. My room was very spacious, modern and extremely clean. The super size bed was extremely comfortable and better than most of the infamous 'Hilton' beds. My. Room was on the executive floor of The Pullman Tower. Staff at reception and concierge were extremely helpful and staff throughout the hotel extremely welcoming and polite. Breakfast was not the...
