The Swan Inn Bed and Breakfast is one of those places that you will fall in love with. It is a hidden treasure and provides a great place to relax, be comfortable and feel at home. Catherine Eastes who is the host provides a warm welcome and goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. The decor... More

I spent 6 very pleasant nights at Swan Inn with my caring and considerate hosts Catherine and Rob. My accommodation was spacious and classy with kitchenette, bathroom, lounge room that exceeded my needs....incl free wifi and Foxtel. Swan Inn is close to the Royal Brisbane Hospital, my favourite swimming pool - the Centenary Pool, the City, good restaurants, and has... More

Said Arnold Schwarzenegger ... and yes I will be, for all the right reasons. It's a fabulous place. Rob and Catherine are excellent hosts and its reasonably priced. You have comfort, privacy, peace and quiet. Being located in Windsor, it's just located out of the Brisbane CBD - 5 mins drive. The property is impeccably well kept and of very... More

Swann Inn is an excellent B&B - period. We stayed here for two weeks as a base to start our life and work in Brisbane. The hosts, Catherine and Rob, are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed at the top apartment which has a balcony, beautiful bathroom, cosy bedroom and a well equipped living room. The ground floor apartment is... More

I recently had a post medical stay at the Swan Inn. Words cannot describe how helpful and caring Catherine was towards me. Catherine knew exactly how to care and encourage you if you are post operative. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance and friendliness. The rooms and attached ensuite are fitted out to an extremely high standard and... More

When needing a relaxing accommodation which is close to the city, RBWH or the north side of Brisbane I would highly recommend SWAN INN B&B. This B&B has everything one needs for an overnight stay or a even a week. Plenty of room with beautiful decor, in bedroom, dining - lounge and bathroom. Ideal kitchenette which is usually something many... More

Second stay in a month and why, on previous occasions over the past year I decided to stay in a (more expensive) motel is beyond me. Forgive me Catherine.....promise I'll never do it again. Nearby transport, on-street parking, the quietness of inner Brisbane.....a real home away from home. Tasteful suites, space to move, the thoughtful amenities, and the care that... More

We are attracted to authentic and classy accommodation and this place delivers. It's close to the airport (15 min), a block or so away from a river park. It's an 1800's home that has classic design (brass switches old pine floors) but uber new bathroom and a comfy bed. Eating our breakfast on the deck was nice. Catherine and Rob... More

Recently stayed with Catherine and Rob for 2 1/2 weeks in September. The Swan Inn was a like a home away from home! Very comfortable, great location with Kookaburra's to wake you up in the morning and only a short walk from Royal Brisbane Hospital. Catherine and Rob will go out of their way to help, assist and offer assistance.... More

I chose this B+B based on close proximity to what I guessed was Roma Street Rail Station (and my guess turned out to be rail marshalling yards). This address is reasonably close to the CBD and a short pleasant walk to Windsor Rail Station. The downstairs apartment was very much to our liking, being spacious, classy, quiet and with a... More
