We booked 8-30 Nov 2016. Hours of operation states front desk closes at 6pm. Tuesday 8 Nov: We arrived at Quattro at 5:10 pm and the front desk was already shut down. We received an email for "after hours arrival". We found the box & entered the code, as per instruction in the email & retrieved our room key. We... More

Travelled to Brisbane for a conference with a group of 5. We booked here and then got worried after reading some of the reviews but delighted to say it was brilliant. Apartments were clean and enormous and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would heartily recommend these guys to everyone - great value for money and right in... More

I come to brisbane regularly for work and stay around Spring Hill. Someone mentioned a while back the Quattro Apartments was nice and reasonably cheap. I stayed in room 101 and i was supprised how big the room was. 2 bedrooms and a large lounge / kitchen. Also had Foxtel which was a bonus. The only cons would be the... More

We checked in at 3:45, once we got our keys and went up to our room we walked in the door to sheets everywhere, beds not made, floors filthy, bathrooms and kitchen still uncleaned and the cleaner standing around in his phone.Thinking we were walking into a clean room we left our bags in the room anyway and went and... Hotel was in a good position, walking distance to Chinatown in the valley. Also very good price for 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 adults. Very clean & well appointed & comfortable. Unfortunately very little maintenance of the fixtures had been done; 3 window handles were broken, hot tap in ensuite dripped when fully turned off, there was no wash basin plug,... More

With the number of younger people that book it for the weekends to have a convenient location I would only recommend it for people who are planning on doing the same over the weekends . It does get loud and heaps of people come in and out so if you were looking for a quiet weekend you wouldn't be getting... More

My partner and I stayed here for the last 4 nights. These are managed apartments, so don't expect Cafes or restaurants with room service. But with a cafe outside, and so close to the CBD, who needs that. The room was really roomy, with a bedroom (or two), your own lounge and kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a very... More

Read a lot of the reviews, and amazed how critical some people are for this property. Considering the huge rooms, modern design and beautiful roof top pool and jacuzzi this is a steal compared to other similar properties in Brisbane. Yes there might be a few imperfections, but keep in mind the hotel seems to run on a very small... More

I have stayed here regularly over the last two years or so when travelling to Brisbane, the location is super convenient as it's just up the road from Central train station (Despite this, there is no train noise) and around a 10mins walk from the centre of town. For the cost of a normal hotel room you get a fully... More
