Stayed for 5 nights and although the place was a little dated we certainly won't complain, we paid for what would only give us only 3 nights in other places nearby. Had wanted to stay in a cabin but they were all booked so we settled on a kitchenette room, it was fine for what we needed. The free breakfast...

With the price that we paid we did not have high expectations so were not surprised that is was small and basic, but that was fine. We booked a kitchenette room which was near the road and had the hot water service tanks and air conditioner unit (or something) right behind so it was a bit noisy. The bed was not...

We stayed one night. It's clean and comfortable. There is a cafe on the premises and the food is good. We had a motel room and for under $100 for the night it was well worth it. I found the room a decent size as some are hard to move around in but this was good. Tv had lots of...

We stayed in the family room. Basically 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with double. 2 bathrooms (both only have shower). Very clean, decently equipped. We managed to do about half our stay self catering. House breakfast included in stay - basically cereal, toast tea and coffee at the cafe, was perfect for us. The cafe is really...

I first stayed at Colonial Village in one of their motel style rooms which was good. The next three times I stayed it was always in the one bedroom cottages. These are just fabulous! Set in quiet surrounds, the cottages are compact (but not confined), clean and with all the basis in-house facilities for cooking, etc. The cottages very quickly...

Staff are always friendly we have stayed a few times now as it suits us, it is quiet, close enough to the airport, close to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, and close enough to Brisbane itself and close to public transport - buses and trains.
