We visted to attend a metal concert, The Eaton's Hill hotel and rooms where decorated beautifully in dark rich colours and most importantly all areas where kept exptionally clean. Staff where very polite and welcoming actioning all enquiries promptly. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms the balcony was nice. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Hotel was really great. Nice and plush. King bed was so soft. Easy access to woolies and restaurants. Pool has good fences for privacy, gym is easy to use. Location is good for travelling between the city and Sunshine Coast.
quoted a price by bookings .com got to hotel each night was a different price only 1 st night was at quoted price hotel and facilities were great room was good staff were helpful meals at shopping mall.
We have stayed before and it was just as good as the 1st. The rooms are really clean and the bed and pillows are the most comfortable I've slept in. The hallways are dark but it really suits the boutique style of the hotel. Staff were super helpful and booked a table for dinner which was amazing. A busy hotel which adds to the atmosphere.
Staff were superb room was spotless bed super comfortable, the food in the pub over the road was exceptional would highly recommend !! Will definitely be back if working in the area again room was a bit pricey but worth it.
It was great, always is a pleasure to stay here from check in to check out. It easy, the team make it easy. They make sure you are happy and have all that you need. It's always a simple process and nothing is too hard for them.
Good stay, didn't give me back my $100 damages deposit, probs never will, have contacted but nothing has come of it, can someone email me back in regards to this please, its been nearly a month......
This hotel is terrible. Paid more for a room here than we did in Sydney over looking the harbour including a beautiful Buffett breakfast! Firstly the hotel doesn’t price match, it’s more expensive to book direct. Check in was a nightmare and took so long, by time we got to our room everything was closed! Room services finished at 9pm! No foxtel or the like. We were forced to pay for a ’deluxe’ king bed room and the bed is two singles pushed together so there is a big lump down the middle! It’s appalling. No toilet lid is just gross and unhygienic. And no bath for a superior room! So dissatisfied for the money we paid. 😞 also absolutely no information was given at check in about pool opening times, breakfast, etc. and there is nothing in the room to give you information. Where has the customer service gone? 😞…
Beautiful hotel and easy check in process. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly. Disappointing the hotel does not have its own private cafe, or in house restaurant... one has to walk up the road and cross the street to get to those completely separate and public facilities. The room was not clean... specifically, the very dark carpets had been vacuumed, but there was visible dust and debris on the skirting boards and around all edges of the carpets. Otherwise the rooms were nice, however the view out over the expansive Woolworths roof top was ugly beyond words. No dining table or even chairs in the room, which rendered any hope of room service, quite pointless. Parking was easy. Price was reasonable. The swimming pool looked like a sad after thought, squeezed into a corner, right beside the driveway into the hotel car park. The primary reason I've rated the hotel low on average, is because I am most unhappy that the $100 hold placed (no charges incurred against it) on my credit card, that I was assured would be released in full at checkout (which was Sunday 9/10/22), is still, three business days on, being held by the hotel. I emailed hotel reception about this Tuesday and was assured it had been done. Today (Wednesday 12/10/22) I am still waiting. I emailed the hotel again and asked for a receipt showing the release had been made and note it is dated 11/10/22, confirming they only released it 3 days after check out and upon my making contact to raise it with them. $100 is a significant sum to not be able to access in my account and furthermore shows this hotel cannot be trusted with guest credit cards. I don't doubt there was every chance the hotel would not have released the hold and only did so when I emailed them about it. My advice to potential guests is to give them a $100 cash hold, so you get it back immediately, or if giving them you credit card, ensure you check you statement to confirm holds are released back to your account. The hotel does not have a right to these funds and they must make it a priority to respect guests and honour their trust and release funds immediately on check out. I've now had to lodge a dispue with my bank to get this sum released. …
Great place to stay. Convenience plus! everything you need right at the doorstep. Grocery shop, plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. gym and pool were nice. basic but clean and easy accessable.
