All of the apartments are owned by different people and furnished based on their hospitality knowledge. You have to book knowing that some units will be better than others. The mums and dads investment rooms are the worst. On my latest visit I had a block-out blind in the bedroom and slept well (room 109). The previous visit was a...

I stayed here for three nights. In that time I found some issues that made the stay rather annoying. For starters the entry doors are very annoying. Once you enter through the main doors past reception there is also another door which even in office hours still require a pin code to gain access. But as I have a terrible...

We spent our Christmas in this beautiful apartment and it was perfect for the occasion! The apartment is very big and modern, with bedroom, a private bathroom and a private living room with a kitchen and a balcony. The kitchen is amazing, with an oven and a microwave and all the staff you need for cooking every meal you want....

So this is a hotel that's a serviced apartment. Very nicely appointed, quite modern rooms, with separate bedroom, good kitchen and lounge area. The only thing I don't like is access to the rooms which is via a covered walkway/stairs system. But if that's my only gripe, well that's just fine! Stayed here now a coupe of times and will...

Recently started at this serviced apartment block close to New Farm and Brunswick St the Valley. I've stayed here a few times over the years, wasn't as impressed this time. Previously, parking of one car used to be included in your stay. Now there is a $11 per day charge. The apartments are nice, but be aware that they are only double beds. I'm used to sleeping in a queen, so to downgrade to a double...

Thank you for your comments. We have rooms with doubles or queens, so for your next stay book direct and just ask for one with a queen bed and we will accommodate. Yes we do now charge for parking but we are one of the cheapest charges for parking in the Valley. If you stay more than 3 days we...

We stayed here for 2 nights. It's comfortable, reasonably quiet. Close to lots. What I liked most is that the window in bedroom could be open and there was spacious deck with huge doors onto, so lots of air flow, plus air con as well. Would stay again and recommend, for folk wanting to stay around Fortitude Valley, New Farm

Facility is getting tired and needs a makeover. It is close to the "valley" so obviously attracts those wanting to go out and party. At first the modern decor and space look great. I had a 1 bedroom apartment just for the night. Firstly, thank you for the feedback. An I appreciate your great comments on the décor, internal look of our Atrium and Gardens. The venue next door is generally very good with their noise and only open late on weekends.
