We were pleasantly surprised by this motel. Its clean, quiet, has large rooms and the pool is great. The family studio is super value at under $90 a night with continental breakfast included . How can you go past that!

Darwin city is small, and if walking is not an issue for you, this can still be a good location as it is not in the centre of the town. In other words, you would need to take a cab or walk about 10-20 mins. The nearest supermarket is Woolsworth which should be less than 10 mins walk. If you...

The cleanest part in the room we were in was the toilet...no joke. I found countless items left behind by previous guests-glasses, socks, hair ties just to name a few. The amount of dust and dirt in this room was disgusting. If you are an asthmatic, remember to take your puffer with you. The TV didn't work so the Manager...

We booked this hotel for 3 nights to look around Darwin before heading out to Kakadu. The room was perfect for our family of 4, good beds, stayed cool & with a fridge so we could keep our drinks cold. The pool was good when you returned from a day of sight seeing & we could walk to Mindil night...

We have stayed here several times & have found rooms, grounds, staff excellent. Ideal off street parking, close to CBD & easy access to other arteries. We particularly enjoyed late check in procedures and the complimentary breakfast together with the signs requesting All Guests to be Considerate of others and keep noise levels low ! I have photo graphed &...

We arrived very early for check in and reception offered to store our bags.Cool room with good linen and quite for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple but tasty and the location a short stroll into the centre.

We stayed here for 1 night and found it very comfortable. No views, very basic but clean with free wifi sat.tv tea/coffee and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Small pool is available for guests. Great for a short stay in Darwin and in a very good location.

Whilst not luxury accommodation (it was apparently used for refugees at one stage), it is comfortable and reasonably clean (our room could have done with a coat of paint). Elderly people like us would be advised to take a ground floor room as there is no lift. Yes, the breakfast is certainly basic with just cereal, fruit, toast and tea/coffee...

I recently stayed here before attending some business. The whole place could do with a makeover and clean. Budget priced. Lots to quibble about but you get what you pay for. Noisy air-conditioning, pool unusable for 2 days in the 36 degree heat!! Bathroom was dank and needed some TLC. On the positive side, pleasant manager who was friendly and...

Management response:

We are a fair priced Motel and believe we deliver extremely good value for money and work hard to keep our guests happy. If you found the place to be unclean or had discomfort with the air conditioning we would of been more then happy to address and discuss the situation with you, but unfortunately we were unaware you felt...
