Our room was beautifully quiet and had a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset. The biggest disappointment was the fact that we were on the upper floor and there was no access except by stairs. The whole hotel is laid out on various levels but there has not been much consideration given to elderly or disabled clients. No ramps or...

We had a standard room as we're only here for two nights which looked out on to a communications pylon. The landings look like they had not been swept/cleaned for some time and the rooms themselves were quite basic although clean. We had a meal in the restaurant on one of the evenings where both the service and the food was...

I don't usually go out of my way to write a review, but felt I had to with this. I'm sad to say I haven't much nice to say about this hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights for an eagerly anticipated holiday to see the famous rock! Whilst the rock itself was fantastic, I couldn't say the same for...

Stayed in a "Rock View" room. Very quiet and clean with a great, unobtructed view of Uluru. All of the staff were great and couldn't do enough to make the whole experience special. We found the pricing to be reasonable, considering that everything has to be freighted over 1500kms into a resort in the middle of nowhere.

Giant room with elegant, clean bathroom. The best air-conditioning ever - silent! comfortable giant bed with pillows that actually worked to help my temperamental neck. A direct vista of Uluru from the large balcony. Food city quality. Helpful and courteous staff. Quiet. We had a superb holiday. Cost expected to be higher as we are 460 kms from the closest...

This property is guilty of overcharging its guests for this special destination it is privileged to be located near. We booked a room for $300 a night and it was worth $150-$200. This hotel is very worn and our room showed it. The toilet had permanent stains in It and the grout in the shower over the tub needed a...

Desert gardens is part of Ayers Rock Resort. The whole resort has a campsite, apartments, hotels, shops, petrol station, restaurants etc. There is even a post office bank and ATM. A free shuttle bus circles the resort every 15 minutes so you can hop on off at your leisure. Most places can be reached by a 5-10 minute walk anyway....
