First place I have ever been that had GENUINE people working reception... they were all warm and lovely throughout our stay of three nights. Our room was standard and then there was a wee garden outside ... it had some rubbish still there... hadn't been checked. Some of the garden areas needed work, plants had died and not been replaced,...

Just at ayers resort for three days doing olgas and Uluru with our teenagers Apart from the fact that all the tours here are extortionate the hotel booked from Scotland was and is great value for money. A lovely resort hotel with swimming pool and a great laid back ambience. Hotel staff are really helpful and I would well recommend...

Rooms were extremely dusty and triggered my asthma. The kettle had a layer of black sludge under the cap for some reason. The toilet had yellow stains and For some reason half flush was not working. Supposedly predominantly catering for families however has extremely limited WiFi and charges a premium for anything worthwhile. TV was pathetic and hdmi feature unusable....

We loved this hotel. The standard room was very expansive with 2 good size beds. The bathroom was quite luxurious and we had a small garden with outdoor chairs and table to relax at. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. It seems a long way from reception to our room however once you got used to where things...

If you want to haul baggage upstairs, this is five star hotel because all flights to Ayers Rock come at same time and Bellman is most important needed person in your life. In five star resort if you want to clean your underclothes, you go to laundry area , about 1/2 mile, find out that powder detergent is only available...

Great experience, from booking, arrival, the stay and the help. We had an amazing view of Uluru from our hotel room. Although we could see the road the sliding door was quiet enough that we never heard it. I booked the trip through a travel agency but upgraded my room via email, writing to Raphaela and Fraz. They promised me...

Stayed here before, but this time we had a Rock View and was upstairs, only one floor up, no one higher. Nice balcony to see it and have a meal and drink etc just watching the Rock. The hotel has a nice pool and is gated off for safety, the water was like ice this time, the day temp. Was...

We decided last minute to celebrate my 50th Birthday with something out of the box so I booked a all inclusive deal from the back of the Sunday paper through Virgin. Return flights Brisbane (via Sydney) to Uluru, hire car and Hotel wih 2 night s accommodation. The Hotel was literally 2 minutes from airport and we were upgraded to...

Modern comfortable hotel in the Ayers Rock Resort, charming and attractive room. The cost is somewhat, high, but everyone who comes to Uluru is part of a captive audience since the Ayers Rock Resort is the only game in town. But it's beautiful and fascinating, well worth the trip.

Our experience with the Desert Gardens Hotel was great. The staff were kind and helpful beyond expectations. Everywhere we went there were gardeners working on the beautiful gardens. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The complementary toiletries were very nice and smelled lovely. Very comfy beds. We were offered the choice of a ground floor or second...
