The staff were helpful. Good security with gates shut at night so you get a code. The cabin was clean and good to have a kitchenette. Was quiet where we were. The pool was lovely and refreshing after an active day. The price was good too. Short walk to Lasseters Casino and some food place.

The hubby and his mates stayed here for a golfing adventure... doesn't get much better than being right beside the golf course, and being able to walk straight to the clubhouse. They were happy with the cooking facilities and the pleasant quiet surroundings.

My three children and I stayed here for one night after a trip to Uluru. The accomodation was basic but generally clean, and reasonable value for money. I found the room to be a little cramped for all of us - all beds (double, single and bunk) were in the same small area as the little kitchenette - but as...

Thank you for your review, it was good to read you found our accommodation clean and reasonable value for money and the kids enjoyed our swimming pool. I do agree the family rooms can be cramped which is why we only advertise suitable for 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 12 years. We also only have 5...

It is located just a 5 minute stroll to the Hilton and Crowne Plaza. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. It had a basic kitchen space with microwave and cooktop. The free wi fi worked well. We parked directly next to our front door which made it easy to bring in suitcases etc. My only quibbles would...

Close enough to town to make getting around easy but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Comfortable villas and an awesome pool area made our stay enjoyable. Not being able to come back to a air conditioned room (AC operates with room key only) was slightly annoying however bearable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and quick...

We stayed here in late March when the temperatures were around 39o-40o every day. Unfortunately, our door key had to be put in a slot to activate the air con - hence, we came home to a hot house every day!! The pool isn't as big as the photos would have you believe but it is "family friendly" and clean....and...

Stayed here on the return to Alice. It's a cheaper alternative to the neighbouring Hilton and Crowne Plaza hotels. Clean, basic chalets with free wifi and a basic kitchen. Quiet and pleasant accommodation.

Bedding all in same room otherwise good stay. Clean comfortable and great pool for kids. Not great for long stays for families due to space. Small kitchenette handy for making breakfast or other meals.

Pleasant staff. Clean accommodation. Some of the crockery/glassware had not been washed very well by previous occupant. Hairdryers could be borrowed with 25 dollar deposit but none available when I asked. Close to Botanic garden which is well worth a visit.

Hello and thank you for your review. I are glad you found the accommodation clean and the staff pleasant as we know this is important. I are sorry about the dishes not being cleaned and have brought to housekeeping attention. Also I are looking into why their were no hairdryers available as we do have several on site so this...

Don't expect luxury (if you want luxury, the choice is limited anyway in Alice). This is a good choice for people who want to spend one night in Alice before or after visiting the Red Centre of Australia. Extremely helpful staff. Note however that the Desert Palm is not in the centre of Alice (about 15 minutes walk) but that...

Many thanks for your review and especially finding our staff extremely helpful. That is so important to us and our guests. Yes I agree the Asian Restaurant and the Double Hilton Hotel is very good and well worth a visit especially since it is only 100 metres. Regards
