The rooms were great, they were clean and spacious for two, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked renovated and up to date. The only downside (this didn't affect my review on stars as it's minor) was they they charged $10 for a small cereal box, some long life milk and a juice that was due to expire in...

We overnighted at the Lawson in mid January. Our room overlooked the Murrumbidgee and was amongst the best we have stayed in anywhere. The level of luxury for the price was excellent value. Reception was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend the Lawson for an overnight or extended stay.

I first stayed in this motel around 7 years ago and was very impressed. I have stayed numerous times since and again recently - and the motel is STILL like new. The rooms a very large, with a sizable kitchenette and a proper fridge you would find in a home. The bathrooms are magic (I really would like the same...

This is the second visit ... No restaurant however Pot and Kettle in short walking distance. Nice accommodations ... Clean and comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen facilities adequate as long as you did not want toast ... No toaster due to fire risk. Can hear planes from the RAAF base in the distance ... I imagine everyone in Wagga Wagga...

We have now stayed at The Lawson 3 times, we find it exceptionally good value for money, as far as we are concerned it has everything a traveler can need, plus it's just a few mins walk to the shops and restaurants. On our second visit we arrived after a long hot journey to find we had been upgraded to...

I stayed here for 1 night with my 11yo son o our way through to Sydney. I hadn't booked beforehand and on arrival was told the only rooms left were with 1 Queen bed. We still took the room as I was too tired to loo elsewhere and I had read good reviews on Trip Advisor. So I would suggest...

Dear Linda G, Thanks for your review and ratings. We do appreciate all of your comments and I will review all issues. Toasters are available on request, however fire alarm callouts are a big problem for all motels and we were just trying to make our guests aware of that. Similarly, we would prefer that our guests are aware that...

Visiting friends for a weekend so booked a river view room. Very spacious, quiet, clean and convenient to cafes in Wagga. Staff very friendly and provided a toaster on request. Access is avaiable to the lovely walk along the river levee bank.

Once again, Tripadvisor didn't let me down... The Lawson Motor Inn was more than just a motel! What I found was a beautifully appointed apartment in a large manor situated on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River. I couldn't believe the size of the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. We chose a river view room on the 1st floor and took...

We are I think 4-time visitors of this motel, for leisure, for study week at the Uni and for work. Large rooms and large bathrooms are welcome plus a good sized fridge freezer for loading up with cool drinks for your onward travels. Comfortable and clean and plenty of parking. We will happily stay here again next time. No breakfast...
