Allonville is a pet friendly motel just out of town from Wagga Wagga. It is too far out for a walk to town, but its only a few minutes by car. The rooms certainly need major work done. The bathroom door was rotting, as was some of the fixtures, with leaking plumbing. The guests laundry was unusable, and the garden...

We have stayed twice in quick succession, both last minute bookings and each time have been very impressed with the friendly and very welcoming reception. We travel with our dog so finding true pet friendly accomodation is a gamble. The Allonville allows pets inside which was a blessing in this heat. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will...

Stained sheets, enormous cobwebs, dirty pizza boxes under the bed, curtains falling off the rail not to mention the owners dog going in your room when they are supposed to be cleaning it, yet never vacuumed.

The rooms are very average. It's too far from anything. They do offer a good value washing service when we were working long hours. It's right on the highway so easy for trucks to pull up. We stayed there for 10 days and it did the job. Nothing more, nothing less.

Again Dog friendly and the room was clean / comfortable but a little dated. The service was excellent and very welcoming. The room was a little dated but comfortable. It was situated a little out of town but we still ordered pizza`s delivered and we also went into town for a beer. I would recommend this Motel to anyone who...

We stayed here on the weekend, first of all the rooms were all messed up, we were suppose to get a queen and single bed but only got a queen bed luckily our son didn't come away with us as he would of had no where to sleep. We got settled in our room and went to go to the...

The new owners that have taken over the motel are absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were travelling with our two cats for the first time and our experience was beyond any of our expectations. The owners are very receptive and provide impeccable customer service. We would very happily stay there again if we are passing through Wagga 😊

Booked three rooms for a night. Very old run down place. Beds OK but no hot showers in any of the rooms. Managed to begrudgingly get a key, from the grumpy old owner, for another room (with hot water) for the 9 of us to share. "Oh s*#* I'll have to get it fixed again." In the morning asked the...

Management response:

As the owner of the Allonville Gardens Motel this guest was unjust in the comments left in his review. Facts that he reported were untrue and the photos that were posted are false too. His groups arrived a 11:55 pm rang the intercom and asked to check which was fine then came back and told me there was no hot...

Travelling with our dog for the first time, (without caravan) hard to find suitable accommodation. Reading the mixed reviews we decided to take a chance, glad we did. The manager was very friendly and explained the work that had been done in the past year or so. The rooms were spotless with basic facilities, coffee, fridge, toaster etc The bed...

Stayed for a night en route from Melbourne to Sydney with my cat. The proprietor Annette was friendly and incredibly easy to deal with over the phone for bookings. We had no troubles at all even arriving late at night after reception had closed. We had a large, clean, warm and comfortable room ready on arrival, which was great for...
