This backpackers was cheap but that's about where the good things end. The dorms stunk like dirty old socks and look liked they hadn't been cleaned in months.

Mad monkey king's cross is a clean hostel and has amazing staff. I met amazing people there.
Those who are saying it's not clean probably haven't travelled a lot.
