What a brilliant hotel in the centre of Sydney. 50 metres from channel 7 studio's and The Lindt Cafe this hotel is superb value. We stayed in a twin bedded room, with TV, free Wifi, tea making, fridge & aircon, which was nice as we had cold weather. Very clean room, solid but very comfy bed, looks like its been...

Read bad reviews of this hotel but I found it clean, comfortable and quiet - as a central city hotel could be. Bed linen and towels clean, good hot shower with jel, shampoo etc. tea and coffee making and a small fridge and a TV. There was also a communal lounge and dining room with everything you could need to...

We stayed here some weeks ago. It was one of the last free places in Sydney. It was cheap but under the ground level wit ha small window. The room was small and ok for the short stay. The service was ok and we didn't try the breakfast. As one of the last options you can stay here but i...

The room is really small compared to the other serviced apartment we stayed in Sydney. There is literally nowhere to sit on for two person except for the bed in the room. There are very small shared bathroom and toilets. Overall, the facility is clean and there is a well equipped kitchen to share.

I booked this room online. When we got there I did NOT have a room even though I had a confirmation. The man basically told me sorry and walked away. We stayed someplace else thankfully. Place was a dump.

Hi Nancy, Thank you for leaving a review though you didn't have the chance to stay with us. Unfortunately we are in the process of transferring ownership, and this booking was a glitch with Booking.Com. Usually we send all booking a confirmation before our guest arrives and your booking did not appear in our system therefore it's hard for us...

The place is good and super clean, and the staff are really nice as well. It's easy to get in and out. Only thing was we didn't understand where the front office was, was emailed it was on the property next door when it was in the back instead, better signage is needed for that.

Excellent room comfort and facilities for the price and great location. Staff are really helpful and lovely too! Travellers who have difficulty with stairs should request a ground floor room as there are no elevators.

I stayed here a year ago and went back because I liked it so much. The renovations are finished so it was even better than last time. I had a room away from the street so it was even quieter than last year's room. Friendly helpful staff, clean comfy rooms and a window that opens! Free wifi too. The properties...

Cannot really fault this accommodation! We arrived late but were greeted by staff who were expecting us. Gave excellent advice about local area etc. and very friendly. Room very clean, good facilities and laundry. Excellent location - about 15 min walk from CBD. Close to large supermarket etc. Unlimited internet. Definitely recommend staying here.

Thank Matthew E

Staying in Darlinghurst

Neighbourhood Profile
Home of the small bar revolution in Sydney, Darlinghurst has more bars per capita than any other suburb. Themes range from American whiskey bars and 1950’s theme bars to hidden bars requiring secret passwords. Oxford Street is the "Gay Capital" of Australia, where gay and lesbian-friendly venues feature “diva shows” and dancing until the morning. Vintage lovers flock to Crown Street, and small designer boutiques can be found along Victoria and Bourke Streets. Dining in Darlinghurst is a gastronomic adventure. Food from all over the world is on the menu, from American ribs to tapas, sushi to gelato and every ethnicity in between.
