I stayed at this hotel, booked through tour operators while traveling the Australia, for four nights. The hotel is well located with restaurants and convenience of transport. Within walking distance there are the bus leading both the Opera House ( 30/35 minutes walking) that Bondi beach. The hotel looks good with a small but well-kept lobby. The surprise, however, comes...

If you want a peaceful and quiet environment then this is not the hotel for you! If you manage to get level two, you'll be able to hear everyone in the pool/spa area. My smoke detector was going off at 5am because it needed a new battery and cleaning staff started at 7am banging around their noisy carts on the...

My best friend and I stayed here for our annual catch up. It was a great location, where we weren't stuck in a too noisy or busy part of Surrey Hills. Upon my arrival to check in, the staff were extremely helpful and perhaps a little too apologetic even on the what I saw was a short wait on checking...
