Great location for visiting loved ones at the nearby hospital. Efficient service at the reception. Free WIFI was appreciated as we need to contact overseas relatives for updates on loved one at the hospital.

I've stayed here a few times now as it's often handy for what I need to do in Sydney plus the price is ok. The hotel is tired, clean but not impressive, even on the 7th floor road noise is intrusive. Don't get excited by the free wifi - it doesn't work on the city side of the 7th floor

We stayed here in late April, attracted by the price. We have stayed at multiple Rydges over the past two years, and we have been disappointed each time we have stayed. The Rydges Camperdown's initial impression was a hotel that is lacking ambiance and character. Entering the rooms, we were underwhelmed with the layout and the size, and furnishings. This...

Convenient location.. Delicious breakfast in rise. The room- had an awful smell , dampness I think.. However the room was clean. The fridge could use a wipe out. The dream beds they have are awesome!! The bathroom is a little run down but clean. Again it has shower curtains yuk yuk yuk!! One of my pet hates!! Anyway would stay...

I went to this motel as it was close to some appointments I needed to attend. Although it was rated 3 star, it certainly has the potential to be 4 star very easily. The room was clean and neat. I paid for king size bed. It was fantastic and very comfortable. The check in staff were polite and helpful. Bathroom...

We arrived at our room and it was a disabled wheelchair room. Could not understand why. It was a cold day so we tried to turn the heating on turned the thermostat up but made no difference rang reception and were told it was set all the same in the building and they would send a heater to our room....

Very convenient proximity to RPA. Handy to restaurants. Rooms were Clean and spacious and helpful staff. We were a bit disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. Apparently we got a discount but wouldn't know it as it cost us $20 per head and would never have eaten that much worth of breakfast. Also charged extra for coffee. Breakfast overpriced.

Check in on line was easy and straight forward, arrival handled well and quickly. Room was clean and bed excellent for a good night's sleep. The hotel has been around for many years under various brands but didn't seem 'tired'. We didn't dine at the hotel so can't comment on the food.

Check in was friendly and courteous. Then it went downhill from there. The car park is an obstacle course of pylons and pillars. Any larger than average car would have a lot of trouble trying to move around this ridiculously cramped space. The pillars had a lot of evidence of guest's cars coming of worse for wear. The lift needed...

We checked in 3/26 to room 714 and it had ants all over the bed. We called down to the front desk to be told they were sorry and would see what they could do. 20 mins later someone came up to see if we were telling the truth... We were. She offered to have the bed remade and the...
