I have stayed at several hostels across NSW and Victoria over the past few months and this is by far the best one i have been lucky to find. The manager is very kind and always smiling. The reception and staff are very helpful. The people are all really nice and friendly. The kitchen is clean and full of cutlery....

When i went to check in on the 03 November 2016 they had seen that i was a older person and they didn't want me sleeping on a top bunk and i had asked if they had a single room and she said no they didn't even try to help me to find another hostel to stay in. I got...

Same story as other guests. Disgusting kitchen, toilets and rooms, we tried to cancelled two nights and end up fighting hard to get the manager on the phone (she surely doesn't want to answer, if it's always for listenong to complaints). We were able to take some money back and went next door to the Elephant Backpackers, where people are...

Disgusting hostel! Extremely dirty and the smell was too much for my weak stomach, rubbish bags in the corridors that are overflowing and you have to step over people's last night takeaway boxes all the way down the corridor to get past, communal toilets where ALL the toilet doors are half hanging off and Windows smashed, our room door didn't...

My sister and I stayed here for a week and we weren't impressed. We didn't get the room we had requested and you had to be in the hostel at a certain time. We werent told that we had to pay a $20 deposit for our room key. The kitchen was always messy and we always had to wash up...

You get what you pay for. It is very cheap, which is what me & my partner are mostly concerned with. So obviously it's not going to be the same standard as a hostel you pay a lot more for. We paid for a double room without an ensuite & when we got there they just upgraded us to a...

On arrival we walked into a room which didn't look like reception. We have our names and the receptionist said she had no booking with the name. We said which agent we booked with in which she replied oh well the booking hasn't come through the yet ( even tho we booked at 10am, it was now 3-4pm! We got...

Terrible, terrible place, coachroaches 10cm size (ssrly, no joke) bed bugs, mozzies, staff really rude terrible rude and not professional at all. Don't know what they're doing and will try by any means to rip you off, if you stay, save all recipes and pay only only by card. Have stayed in cheap hostels before but nothing like this.

Booked a twin room and was given 4 mixed room on arrival. When we arrived, the bed mattresses were against the wall, there were leftover foods in the fridge, the rubbish bin was full, the public toilets were filthy, the tap wasn't working. The whole place in total is a filth.
