By no means Sydney's best, but for location and price it is good value. Don't expect large rooms or great facilities or a view, but if you're in and out and just need a clean, safe place to stay close to Central or Town Hall stations it is fine. I will stay there again, but without great expectations.

So close to the theatre, used rest rooms at the hotel during intermission instead of waiting in a cue! Excellent customer service - arrived early and staff stored our luggage then called to advise when our room was ready (2 hours before normal check-in), Neat clean room with everything you need to get some rest. Quiet location.

Staff at the front desk are not very welcoming. They look miserable to be at work and aren't very helpful. I was given the wrong room configuration and went downstairs to ask at reception, all I got was a blank look and was told "that's what's on your booking". He didn't check the computer or anything, it was just easier...

I stayed 3 nights, on leaving noted that the pillow was falling apart, springs were felt through the mattress. The cushion on the bed and the throw had stains. The sheets themselves were clean. For the price of this accommodation I would expect a higher standard.

Hard to find fault.. Seriously. Room fine, quiet and comfortable Location fine Service very professional. What more can I say. If I did not like the whole range of services on offer I would have gone somewhere else.

Service is not very cheery - the staff look angry like they don't want to help you. Upon walking into the room you're greeted with a very overwhelming foul smell. The hotel was run down, but the most disturbing thing was when I turned to my partner who was laying on the bed and saw blood stains on the pillow...

The toilet was crammed into a space that you might expect aboard a submarine. Impractical and uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was ok. Buffet breakfast was standard fare. Location is excellent. Staff were helpful.

Stayed one night as part of a business trip. Not sure I'll stay another night! The good: * Location can be considered good if you need to be close to some parts of Sydney. The place is right in the middle of Thai Town. Chinatown is a short walk away, Darling harbour isn't that far away as well. * Room...
