There's not many 5* hotels in the heart of Sydney where you can stay for under 230$, and The Grace certainly is one of the best hotels in the area at this price point. This hotel is in a tip-top location, has a wide range of restaurants within a 5min walk away, a great lobby, spectacular rooms, and I can...

Nice hotel with attentive staff. Shame they spoil it by trying to charge extra for decent internet access. I thought the days of ripping you off for internet access had finished - not at the Grace Hotel where $225 dollars a night doesn't include a decent internet access. Shame on you.

A business trip is generally arduous at the best of times for me, away from my family is difficult, especially with a four year old son and a fantastic wife! So, whenever I travel I endeavour to stay in a nice location, and The Grace delivered. The Art Deco entry carries through to the lift lobby and the hallways to...

Fantastic location to everything! Quirky art deco decor in the Hotel! The Irish pub next to it serves great food and the atmosphere in there was awesome! Would definitely go back and recommend to others!

Modern and spotless rooms, surprisingly spacious, in a great location at an affordable price. We arrived at 8 am after a 25 hours of travel grimy and exhausted. Our room was not ready (not surprised with a 3pm check in) BUT the staff promptly gave us health club passes (CAN WE SAY HOT SHOWERS), a complimentary wifi code and directions...

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are very basic but tidy and good for a short stay in the CBD. Great price for its location - very close to everything - shops, Pitt St mall, circular quay, great restaurants

I have stayed at The Grace Hotel a few times now - just for 1 or 2 night visits. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The rooms have consistently been clean and it is quiet. The location is first rate for access from and to the airport via train and also for shopping at QVB and the city. It...

Close to all key locations and waking distance to everywhere that I needed to go to. Really enjoyed this hotel apart from the Italian restaurant connected to it. It was so disorganised I left without eating.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. I had trouble with a few things not working like the door and the laksa special advertised was no longer available and the wifi didn't work. The hotel feels a little tired to me. Needs some energy injected into it.

Friendly service, good facilities, great location. parking is bit on the expensive side ($55/ 24hrs) when you can park 2 blocks away in the hotel's affiliated car park for $18/ 24hrs. Room is expensive for one night, but I guess that's what you pay in the CBD

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
