We stayed here for a 2 night package on a Friday & Saturday night and had the best stay ever! Although the hotel was very quiet, due to Covid, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. For $540 we got a $100 food voucher and 2 cocktails and a stunning room with a city view of the clock tower (although it was under renovation). On arrival our room was great but there was a rattle in the air con so they came and fixed it within 10 mins, but they were worried it might happen again so they moved us to another room exactly the same and threw in breakfast each morning for the inconvenience! The staff just couldn’t do enough for us. They had great Covid 19 protocols in place with hand sanitizer everywhere and they fumigated the fabric chairs in the restaurant when some left and wiped everything down. The bathroom was beautiful with the best shower my husband has ever had in a hotel and I loved soaking in the bathtub watching TV with a view of the city lights. The location is superb for sightseeing as the light rail is just outside and takes you to The Quay for all the ferries, we walked to Barangaroo easily for dinner, The Rocks for lunch, 5 min walk to the Botanical Gardens or Pitt St Mall for all your shopping. We have stayed in many hotels in the CBD but this is by far the best and most convenient location you could want. Don’t hesitate to check out the deals at The Fullerton Hotel....,you will be glad you chose to stay here!

We stayed in a twin room with our family of 4. We booked based on the great price and were amazed by the superb quality of the hotel given the lower price. A gorgeous building, well appointed rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and our deal included cocktails and breakfast. Great location for the attractions we were visiting, very close to a light rail station to connect with other areas of the cbd. Highly recommend!

The former Westin, recently rebranded Fullerton in October 2019 is centrally located - easy walking to Metro, Opera house and surrounding harbors. The international staff is equally amazing, the breakfast options are vast if you eat at the hotel (I'd recommend going off property to The Grounds)... The rooms are spacious, with massive bathrooms, some rooms are interior facing. The property has a feel of the 90s, while well maintained it feels like you are paying prime dollar for the used Toyota with a few 100k KMs...

The architecture of the building is very beautiful, comprising the hotel, a number of basement bars and restaurants, cafes and retail outlets. The location is excellent for exploring the centre of Sydney, with welcoming staff and a calm ambience in the bar area in the evening. The room was very spacious and incredibly comfortable, with all those added extras that you would expect from a hotel like the Fullerton (fluffy towels, pillow menu, bluetooth speaker, coffee machine, robes and slippers etc). Great little fitness suite with changing facilities, that was generally quite quiet. The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and the cold spread, pastries and fresh omelettes were very good, but the food on the hot buffet was all a bit cold and limp, like it had been sat around for a while. There are plenty of good breakfast places available nearby with better coffee and more reasonable pricing, so if I stayed again, I would not bother with the breakfast.

I spent 2 delightful nights in a Deluxe Heritage room. (Thank you for the upgrade.) The room was gorgeous. Beautifully appointed and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the centre of the city but my room was still quiet with minimum traffic noise. I can highly recommend The Fullerton.

We picked this hotel from reading other online reviews for our 5 nights in Sydney and are so glad we did. Gorgeous building and very comfortable room with 2 double beds. Great view of the clock! There is also a small semiprivate area to get changed outside the very large bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Staff are very friendly and the location is fantastic- one side of the hotel leads to shops including Westfield and Lindt Cafe, and the other is George Street which is a quick walk to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, QVB and Chinatown, there is also a train stop Wynward Station not far from the hotel, so we used this as well to these locations when the kids were too tired to walk. Sad to be leaving tomorrow! DJ.

We have stayed at the Fullerton in Singapore and were upgraded to a room with a view. There were no valet option and only one person at the front who greeted us and informed us of the additional charge for onsite parking that was not included in our free parking package. Our luggage was not taken up to our room so we called to request for them. The buffet breakfast lacked variety and the omelette station was very slow. Check in and checkout is quick. Room is decent snd clean but a bit outdated for the Fullerton international brand. For the price we paid the room amenities could include a shower cap, bath salts etc because the bath amenities box looked quite empty with just two toothbrushes and no shaving kits or shower caps. The walls are sound proof so you get a decent quiet sleep.

We had to go to the city for an appointment and decided to try out the refurbished Fullerton. Great hotel, full of historical interest, very comfortable and elegant. The staff were just fantastic. Given the very difficult circumstances of Covid 19 it was wonderfully reassuring to see the staff taking security and cleanliness so seriously. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and safe. On a Sunday night dinner was available in The Bar, with a good range of inexpensive options, very surprising in this kind of hotel. Very comfortable, very convenient. Even with the extensive range of places to stay in Sydney we’ll definitely return.

I stay at the Fullerton Bay in Singapore every year.
Due to Covid and no flying it isn’t possible this year.
The Sydney Hotel was recommended and lived up to its expectations
Fabulous location, staff were exceptional
Hotel spotless
Rooms beautiful
Only thing I’d perhaps suggest were more updated Movies to watch, not the greatest selection
Look forward to a return stay when next in Sydney

Hi, I know I am probably to late. However, AUTHENTIC Lebanese is hands down my favourite food. My best friend is Lebanese so my ‘bar’ is set high. If you go to Little Hunter Street, Sydney there is an amazing Lebanese Restaurant called Zafffi. I am Vegetarian and have many dietary (not through choice) restrictions. Let them know ahead of time and you will go all out to accommodate you. The other Lebanese I recommend is in Surry Hills. Cheers, Lynda-Jane
