What a dump! On entering the room we were greeted by a musty smell. The vinyl couch was ripped and peeling. One of the 2 chairs in the room was broken and the bathroom door was dirty. We weren't advised till I asked about extra bath towels (extra cost) and I also had to ask for toilet paper as there...

I stayed here for 2 nights with hubby, bub and a toddler. The location is awesome: 10 minutes walk to darling Harbour, 15 to the Opera House. The apartment had a great set up with the kitchen and living areas serving us well. The flyover (highway) overhead didn't bother us at all. My only complaint is that housekeeping really do...

We met up with family for a weekend in Sydney. Our 2 night stay at Napoleon on Kent was fantastic. Front desk staff were fabulous & extremely helpful. Our accommodation was great for a weekend stay. Location was perfect for walking to Circular Quay, Opera House, The Rocks and Darling Harbour. Mid price range & we were pleasantly surprised for...

Stayed at this place for 3 weeks end of July as it was a good location for partner to work at Sydney Uni, me to attend course in Crows Nest and also 3 min walk to where I was receiving medical treatment before my course. We were over staying in hotel rooms and room service food so we selected a...

This was a very convenient place to stay and provided a good sized room with a great self contained kitchen. A five minute walk took you to the train station to the left and to the ferry to the right. Quick walk had you drinking and eating at Darling harbour. Very friendly helpful reception. Only negative is that it states...

well I'm normally positive with my reviews but after being frowned upon at reception because I questioned the room description of having a balcony and given the key for a ground level studio with NO BALCONY I was given a 3rd floor with balcony and having to shuffle my bags twice with no hotel assistance (there was multiple staff on...

First and last stay here. The hallways smelled, the room was not clean and there is a bit of maintenance that needs to be completed in the rooms. I didn't feel like I was staying in a luxury apartment, nor a cosy-home-like apartment. It was however, very close to The Rocks, Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. And right next door...

Stayed in this apartment from 25.07 to 29.07.2014. Great location, with short walking distance to Wynyard station, the Coles and Woolsworth...Even though it is in the heart of CBD, and our balcony was facing a big construction site, we didn't even hear any noise when we were in NOK. Well equipped kitchenette made us very easy to buy back and...

The room I stayed in was dirty, the pull out bed was so disgusting we decided it would be safer not to use. Most of the walls had some kind of damage and there was a lot of maintenance needed in the bathroom. The hallways stank of overpowering cleaning products and I would never return or recommend staying here.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
