I love staying at these apartments, they are close to my work office and close to the centre of the city for shopping and restaurants. An easy walk to the Harbour and all forms of public transport. Rooms are a great size

Have stayed at this property many times before, but they have just not kept on top of maintenance. Great location. Had several issues with regard to the room and problems with the bathroom. Do not think that it is now value for money.

Generally apartments always give better value than hotels as long as you are willing to go to local restaurants to eat. This was no exception. The location in CBD is excellent, unless you want a view of the Bridge or Botanic Gardens from your window.

Excellent place, value for money, to stay in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Close to rail and bus transport with ferries just a 5 minute walk. Everything in the city is avaliable at the doorstep, business offices, shopping, Opera House, Botanical Gardens and types of entertainment .

Hotel is a great deal in the perfect location. It's less then a 10 minute walk to the harbor, Rocks district or the gardens. There's also a bunch of upscale shopping located close by. Rooms were spacious and clean. Having a full kitchen with a washer and Drier were a huge benefit. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and was...

The room was comfortable and quiet. The only negative points being that the décor is a little tired and the single lift for 7 floors sometimes involves waiting a few minutes. Other than this it was a great stay and we did not experience any problems. The reception was friendly.

Great location, being in the CBD I expected more noise but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Downside, only one slow lift in the building. Big bed but a bit hard, bathroom needed detailing, balcony needed water blasting as the tiles were blackish with mould. Overall it was okay but a tad over priced.

Whilst an awesome location, the facilities are a bit tired. Broken knobs and controls on appliances, but did not lessen the experience. Value for money. Free WiFi is very slow but good for simple stuff. Staff are reasonably helpful and knowledgeable.

A great place to stay. Spacious and quiet apartments with a friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to everywhere and located in the heart of the city. Kitchens had everything required to cook and eat in the room.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
