Stayed for 1 night. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Whenever I was passing through reception, I would get a smile and a hello. Room was very clean and well appointed. Room had a small balcony overlooking Hyde Park. Bed was very comfy and bathroom was spotless. Excellent stay and will stay here again, no question.

From arrival to departure everything was great. Staff very welcoming, room was everything promised and the location was right in the middle of everything. Due to severe weather we ate in hotel which we don't normally do but it was superb. We were asked by a couple if we could witness their wedding!

We have stayed before and will definitely stay again. This was our 3rd or 4th visit here. Parking available, Free Wifi, free continental breakfast, helpful staff, great views over Hyde Park and a fantastic location for access to the city and transport. What more can you ask!? Sydney's best kept secret!

Excellent hotel to stay. Great location just across the road from Museum Rail Station and buses. The room was clean, modern and the little kitchen was perfect I just enjoyed staying there. Staff where more than polite. Went back to Sydney last week and tried to book in again but the price had double so I went around the corner...

The hotel was more than adequate. Clean, modern, and frankly a bargain. But; IT WAS THE WORST NIGHT OF MY TRAVELLING LIFE !!! I am in Sydney for an important job interview so was keen to eat in and study. But about 10pm, road works started under the nose of the hotel. Like, MAJOR noise of an industrial, road resurfacing...

This was well priced for a two bedroom apartment in a central location in Sydney. The room was nice and clean. Too bad the staff are not that great to deal with. If you are parking your car be aware that they want yours keys so they can move it as they please. This is not communicated at time of...

Wonderful place to stay. Clean well appointed.Close to Hyde Park and museums. Walking distance to Town Hall and The Quay. Good overnight spot if tripping by train. We are from Central West NSW and found it to be handy

We stayed here for five nights and it exceeded our expectations. You couldn't ask for a better location and our view of Hyde Park was outstanding. The room was spacious and comfortable. We found the fridge stocked with milk and the makings of a light breakfast, which was replenished daily. This was a nice surprise. Free wifi was also appreciated....

Stayed at Hyde Park Inn for four nights and very happy with it. Located very close to museum train station. If you're flying in to Sydney you can catch train direct to Museum station in around 10mins at a cost of $18pp, bear in mind though there is no lift or escalator at Museum so you will need to carry...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
