My experience with the Marriott in Sydney first started prior to my trip in October. In speaking with the night manager, I was able to secure an amazing rate for an upgraded suite for my entire stay (was originally 2.5 months). From the moment I got to the hotel, it was such a pleasure. There is construction going on but...

It's very difficult to find any fault with this hotel. Ok it's having some work done but that was no secret. The situation is very difficult to better.with all the ferrys at the bottom of the road . The opera house 5 minutes slow walk. The hop on and off tour bus 3 mins walk. And a huge number of places...

We stayed at the Marriott Circular Quay for four nights at the beginning of a 3 week vacation in Australia. The hotel is a block from the Quay and we found it to be a great location for getting around the city. We knew in advance the hotel was undergoing renovations but they were well contained and not objectionable. Check-in...

Revisited this hotel as was so fabulous last time, was a shame this time as there were renovations going on in the lobby, so the beautiful lobby area was a cramped and very noisy area with no sitting area and there was no access to the bar. However the service was fabulous as always. City view room was a bit...

We arrived at the Sydney Harbour Marriott for the last day of our holiday in Australia with the grandchildren, and their Mum and Dad, and were not disappointed. We had three rooms for our party, for us, the grandchildren and our daughter and husband. The location of the Sydney Harbour Marriott is exciting and close to the ferry service and...

We were told there were renovations taking place, but we never envisaged how much - the entrance and reception was chaotic and very untidy. This was our first trip to Sydney and were expecting so much more from the hotel and we were very disappointed. One of the nicest things when stayiing in a good hotel is feeling pampered on...

On arrival, it was apparent that building works were being carried out, our room was very noisy. Spoke to Daniel, at reception, he was extremely helpful, and soon sorted us out with a lovely room on 29th floor. No noise here! All the staff were superb, so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this Hotel, it...

My wife and I were very impressed with this Marriott. Even though they were undergoing renovation of the concierge level, they placed us to a lovely room with a view of the harbor. Our room was nicely cleaned and all electrical appliances and outlets functioned as expected. We stayed for five days, and returned following a 14 days around New...

Well where do I start.... this hotel was amazing, staff great, room great. Restaurant was undergoing work but still very good. I arrived late due to flight from NZ but was made most welcome straight away. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone.

The rooms were very clean and tidy, the best were very comfortable. Fantastic location. The main draw xard was the indoor heated pool which was a huge let down it was so cold, we werent the only ones who thought so either no one used it. We complained a few times they said it should be heated to 28 so...

Dear Naynay2284, It's great to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location and had comfortable stay during your stay. Whereby the pools are heated, warmer temperatures favor bacterial growth hence we strictly follow the recommended temperature as per the Australian Standard guideline. However I am very sorry that the pool experience have fell short of your expectation. We do take...
