    Great customer service

    Was not impressed with the first room so the lovely men at the service desk upgraded us :) The room is lovely and spacious with a massive shower and comfortable bed with a central location to the greatest attractions.

    Stayed in sydney for 1 night and this was the perfect spot for it. Great location and great service! Rooms were well looked after and had all the things you need. Highly recommend this stay and will be coming back for sure!

    Best Hotel Ever

    First time in Sydney, and we love this hotel. The staff is very friendly, they are very helpfull and the best was the rooms so big, comfortable and really clean. Time to get some rest and a peaceful environment.

    Awesome value

    Awesome location and tidy facilities far better than we expected given how good the prices are. Close to china town and quick walk to darling harbour cool venues around the immediate area too. Highly recommend and will be back for sure. Thanks guys!

    I wouldn't stay here if you after luxury. Stick with metro or Novotel or Mercure ect. The shower we had was good. But no loo paper. Sheets were stained. Beds are awful No mattress protectors. 1 thin pillow per person... More
