This is more a motel than a hotel and is more geared towards long term renters than overnights guests / short term holiday makers. Foyer is 2 chairs and a small desk no gym, no restaurant / bar Maybe 1 person on duty if you're lucky Lifts feel like they breakdown anytime soon 1. As we waited near the entrance...

The location of these apartments are great (not even a 5 minute walk to Circular Quay) and they are relatively clean and comfortable, however that’s the only positive things I can say about them. It was a drama to both check in and check out. No one was at the front desk when we showed up (even though we had...

Great location, great view and a great stay. Very clean, quite large with a separate bedroom. Bathroom had a shower plus washing facilities for clothes. Simply put I could not find fault. Close to circular quay so you can get a train from the airport.

I have just returned home from a 5 night stay in a two bedroom apartment at the AEA Bridgport. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Coffee shop just around the corner - good coffee and lovely breakfast. Our unit had everything we needed. Washing machine and dryer in one - quite small machine so took a while...

I stayed here for three nights, seeing family and friends after work. Not quite what I expected. I saw thr pro photos and it was not at all what my room looked like. The carpet needs to be changed, it was just very gross. The bed had two smaller matteres pushed togeather. I was on the 13th floor and ppl...

We decided to take two one bedroom units here since the two bedroom units were all full. It was really a great place to stay for a family, with the washing and dryer facility and the small kitchen in the unit. The units were rather small, but sufficient since we were only using it to sleep. The fridge and stove...

We read reviews before we went and thought Oh No. We were very pleasantly surprised and absolutely delighted by our 2 bedroom apartment. It was everything we wanted, close to Circular Quay and several good facilities. The coffee shop on corner, Bello Coffee served an amazing breakfast. There was a convenience store right beside the door. Value for money is...

Stayed a week in the apartments. I suspect they are individually owned so quality could vary room to room. Location is great and staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms furniture was in terrible condition, the corners of the tables and cabinets had tape over them, chipped etc. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. The room in general...

Our apartment looked nothing like the flash photos on their website, rather tired decor, only 1 side table, old and tired bathroom & kitchen fittings. I specifically requested a quiet room, but our apartment faced Bridge St and the city never sleeps. I was still awake at 3am most nights ! The receptionist seemed to work only part-time, so it...

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful stay! It is only one block from circular quay and so central to everything. The room was modern and very comfortable. We had no issues with noise at all. Had a beautiful view over a park and could see part of the harbour. The price was quite reasonable and being able...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
