Cost of the room was cheap and in good walking distance to local tourist attractions. Room did smell and their were issues with the door key intermittently not taking card. Given the price and short notice of booking I still found it acceptable.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Had a great 2-night stay here, this hotel is great value in a great location. It is next to Hyde Park, and the centre of the city is walking distance. But there is also a train station just across the road so we usually took the train into the city. There are Oxford Street cafes with lots of food options...

I stayed at Song for 4 days. The room is quite nice and have some amenities, like mini fridge, TV, Kettle. The shared bathroom is not nice, but I didn't had the option to get a suite. My room didn't have internet signal - I complained to the staff, they told me that they would fix and nothing was done...

I haven't stayed there since the renovations & I found it to be very cheerful & friendly. Check in was easy, my room wasn't ready but they stored my bags until latter. The room itself hadn't had a great deal done to it but was clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was very enjoyable for the 2 mornings of my...

Good location for Opera House and Bridge. Good value hotel. Clean, with rooms cleaned daily. Good value as breakfast included in rate, which is cheaper then other hotels in area. Some of decor in room needs refreshing, but all tolerable for a short stay in Sydney to see the sights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The hotel was the cheapest option I could find for a private room in Sydney CBD. The room was nice with a comfortable, large bed. The main issue was the wifi - there was little to no connection in my room and was difficult to connect to even in the hotel lobby. Would not recommend this hotel if you require...

Song hotel is real value for money. It is great location situated opposite beautiful Hyde Park, Museum station, and a short walking distance to the CBD. The staff are very helpful, and the restaurant lovely.

The hotel is excellent value for money, the location was perfect for heading to court. The staff went out of their way to be friendly & helpful. The continental breakfast included in the price was well worth it.

Stayed in the Song for a grand-daughters scholarship presentation event in the Sydney Town Hall. The location is perfect, just off the southern end of Hyde Park. Walking distance to Town Hall, Domain, Botanical Gardens, Harbour foreshore.

Look the room I selected didn't have its own facilities and was strictly for one person, but really, for the price the Song is exceptional value. They provide a complimentary breakfast which was excellent and I can't speak more highly of this well located, well presented and more than adequate hotel. Stay here, you'll be as impressed as I was!

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
