This is a lovely resort, not too many units and family orientated. Staff are excellent, we cannot fault it. Beautiful bush setting, close to beaches and Coffs Harbour. Moonee Market close by and Moonee Tavern great for meals.

Our original booking elsewhere at Coffs Harbour was abruptly cancelled by email months after it was made. Korora Bay Village Resort stepped in to help us - and that was the start of a level of customer service that equals any we have encountered world-wide. Knowing that we had been poorly treated elsewhere and realising that we were visiting to mark the 90th birthday of my wife's father, Korora Bay Village Resort went over and above to provide an exceptional stay. Without asking, we were given a unit with some of the best accessibility features I've seen - ground-floor with level access from the car park; wheelchair width doorways; ramps instead off steps; shower facilities for the disabled; low-height light switches; wheelchair accessible toilets with grab bars etc. This is

Nice and well kept rooms and grounds. Pool/Spa facilies were good. Kids games rooms was better than most I have seen at resorts. BBQ areas were nice. WiFi speeds were really good for a resort. The resort is quite isolated so need to drive everywhere although drive to most nearby facilities/sites/restaurants is reasonably short. Stove top but no oven in rooms but a few webers available in bbq areas for roasting meat. Tennis courts are no longer available. Would recommend for a nice relaxing holdiday

No issues with images Unit is ok not great compared to other places It’s very unprofessional stuff I have ever dealt with I was at Anuka resort before I came to this trouble place. Night 12/09 and morning of 13 the drains on the unit were flashing disgusting water, texted whoever responsible and left for work and school, the way they handled the disaster instead of apologizing to my and kids They decided to move my belongings with out me being there not only that and placing our belongings in a trash bag , and texted me to let me know how disappointed she was in the unit level of cleaning when I replied to her saying that you disregarded the fact that I was not prepared for this disaster and how on earth you place my stuff and my kids stuff in a trash bags I explained my

Resort tis in a quiet location amongst beautiful vegetation. Has great facilities. Coffs is an excellent location with sea and bush activities nearby. The family orientated resort is a good find for people looking for a quiet, restful holiday.

this resort has all you need for a good holiday. unfortunately one has to take into account the Covid situation which makes socializing difficult. on previous visits to this location we have had a great holiday being able to socialise with other residents.

First of all, the positives: - Clean, good sized units. - Washing machine & dryer provided in unit. Now, the negatives: - After having had a fabulous week at another Classic Resort further south, we got off to a bad start at Korora Bay as we were given a unit overlooking the carpark even though the complex did not seem very full. We had booked a 2 bedroom unit as part of our timeshare 5 months prior and when I complained I was told it was in a quieter area! - A couple of days after we arrived renovations started on the large BBQ hut which meant we couldn’t use it or any of the advertised facilities e.g. BBQ, pizza oven, microwave, crockery etc. Unit was a reasonable distance from another small BBQ area however there was nowhere to sit in inclement weather and our balcony was so

A smaller resort, that feels more personal than the larger resorts. The staff are great, knowledgeable and very helpful. The rooms are spotless, and while the one bedroom unit is a bit tight for 3 adults, we never stay in the room as there's so much to explore in the area.. We have also stayed in the 2 bedroom units previously and they are great for 4 adults.
