Cabin was a bit dated, needs a refurb. It smelled quite musty, but the receptionist came down and sprayed it which helped a little. Furniture was very 'sixties', cheap laminated cupboards, and the wardrobe was basically a rod between two pieces of wood. Bathroom had no sink, that was outside the bathroom near the door. Very disappointing. However, there is... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family unit between reception and the road. Distant traffic noise but not loud enough to disturb us. Found the unit very clean and comfortable. Excellent value. we called direct and discussed the different units available. Would definitely recommend based on the unit we stayed in and would stay there again. The restaurant/bar has a... More

We stayed in cabin 39. Pictures matched the place, quite nice place but apart from clean sheets and towels the place could barely be considered clean! Everything needs a good mop and lots of marks and stains. Shame because we got a real new looking cabin but cleaner needs to maybe spend a bit more time...we should have slept in... More

The units are owned by individual owners so some are really great and some are not so. The first unit i rented had terrible old fashioned window type air conditioning and i upgraded to a newly renovated unit which I couldn't be happier with (see photos.) The on site restaurant is large with great tasty food. The staff are pleasant... More

Thanks for taking the time to write your review. We do have a wide range of room types and while some people are happy with the budget studios for an overnight stay, some like yourself do enjoy the larger rooms and we are happy to be able to offer the choice based on personal choice. Pleasantly surprised on arrival and not one hiccup the entire stay. On top of that $80 a night for a studio room. I know where I,ll be staying on my next trip to Coffs. Everything you need is close by but do your shopping before you arrive and just enjoy the place

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Paradise Palms, we were situated half way up the hill overlooking the pool so far enough away from the hwy not to be bothered by the noise. Our bure (unit 4) and car park were beautifully shaded. One day into our stay we realised our fridge wasn't keeping anything cold and one hour... More

Stayed in a Bure that was a time capsule from the 70's and not in a cool way. Lino was old and bubbling up, bedside table had half of the laminex missing, cupboard door wouldn't close, walls were in dire need of painting. Extra blanket in room was for a single bed only. Cutlery and plates were missing. Fibreglass shower... More
