Beautiful hotel with excellent service. We chose this place to visit Loch Ness and definitely I have to say it was a great choice. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. The room is big with wonderful views. The Loch Ness isn't close, you have to drive for 1hr and 45 minutes but it's worth it, I wouldn't change my...

This hotel is pretty awesome. Everything is dated, it feels like you've stepped back in time. In a good way! The staff are great. The food is delicious. It's close to a lot of the lochs, but if you're visiting Ness, it's a good 1&1/2 hours away. If you do take that trip I strongly advise you take the fort...

My husband and I loved the Laggan Hotel. Our room was in the large turret and included a sitting room as well as the bedroom actually in the round turret. We had a fantastic view of the snow-capped Highlands, the Frazier Monument, and the beautiful farmland. Drinking a wee dram of Scotch by the fireplace was wonderful. The food was...

I was searching for a small hotel in the Highlands, but never expected to find something like this! When I entered the hotel I felt like I was falling in a time machine.. at the inside it looks you're in a Agatha Christie story. I mean a Scottish version of it 😊 I loved the furniture. The hotel is in...

We stayed here as part of a Trafalagar tour. It was very remote and beautiful. The staff were friendly, and the scenery was gorgeous. Very peaceful - food served for dinner and breakfast was delicious. Orange cake was a real standout. Would not hesitate to return.

We were on tour of Scotland and was put into a very small room with twin beds. We could not move down side of bed without telling the other one we were coming through !! Bathroom was small and shower was very very slow with hardly any pressure. To think we were here two nights-the worst hotel we have ever...

We enjoyed this little country place in the Highlands but wouldn't have chosen it since it is far from any village or restaurants. (It was the choice of, and owned by, the tour operator.) The hotel was very comfortable, offering many seating areas both inside and out for reading, talking with other visitors, or taking in the views. The restaurant...

It feels like an old lodge with quaint interior -- our room had brass bed and antique chairs. Our tour group were the only people staying there I think, so it's nice that it's so small. The food was good and the staff were very nice. As we are in the middle of the Highlands, I expect some bugs. However,...
