Whilst the resort is in a beautiful spot on Natadola beach and has alot of potential - our recent stay for my best friends wedding was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory for the amount of money paid. Our Bure was close to the lobby which was convenient however when we checked in our sliding door lock was broken which ment anyone...

We had a situation where this had been double booked, and the staff at the time acknowledged this, and cancelled one of the bookings. We left paying the bill, but were then charged the following week on our card! The management have been terrible in their communication and assistance of refunding this, its been over two months ago! the lack of service to...

I really wanted to give your resort a good review but the truth will only help you improve. My husband, daughter & I stayed in your Deluxe Beachfront Bure for 3 nights for our friend's wedding & it wasn't cheap. Instead of beachfront view, we were forced to stare at tents that locals had put up. I felt like I...

Stunning location. Having worked for Hotels in Hawaii my guess on staff/service issue is poor training. Service was slower than experiences elsewhere. Friend has severe fish allergy. Ordered the pasta with marinara. Dish came out creme garlic sauce with fish and shrimp. Thought it just mis-order but waitress began to argue that this is what a marinara is in spite...

The room is nicely decorated and clean but you hear you're neighbours as there is only a door dividing the two rooms in one Bure. Beach is nice but there is horse poo as locals offer horseback riding. Also be aware if you take a Luxury Bure you might look at the tents from the local people offering massage etc....

I recently got married at the resort, my wife & I stayed at the resort for a week. The staff were all friendly, the rooms were great and the food was great. All that was undone by the poor service and lack of attention to detail shown by staff and management. Our family planned a dinner the night before our...

The beach is stunning and the water for swimming perfect, but the beach sand is littered in horse dung, which stinks. The local tent businesses are annoying and harassing. They live on site. The security guy was strange and I felt uncomfortable. The room was nice though. Drinks are overpriced. I wouldn't go back.

My family and I had a memorable trip to Fiji, made extra special when we stayed at Yatule Resort and Spa. Staff can make such a difference to any stay and Yatule's are special. In particular, Nuku, Peni and Savi stand out. They were particularly kind with their time and attention given to my 7 year old son. This was...

We just visited Yatule for the day but we will definitely be back. The lunch was lovely, drinks and service excellent but it is the location which is superlative. The beach and water is simply breathtaking. I have travelled the world and would struggle to think of a beach it's equivalent - Maui possibly. Go, enjoy, relax.

Our room at Yatule was beautiful, always clean with an enormous bed and amazing air conditioning! Breakfast was great with fresh fruit but a toaster that can hold 4 slices at a time and does both sides of the bread is needed badly. Lunch was not worth the wait with most of our party of six coming back to the...
