Beautiful structure where everything revolves around children. Upon arrival complimentary hats (very welcome also a little welcome thought for our dog), friendly, polite staff, always with a smile. Scheduled free organized excursions every day and obviously feasible for the whole family.
In addition, the property provides free hiking strollers, ultralight strollers, hiking backpacks and bicycles for all ages.
Great food, never repetitive, breakfast with a wide choice both sweet and savory. At the table, always present placemat and pencils for coloring, disposable paper bibs, tableware for children. Children can eat in a private room with the entertainers, or with their parents at the restaurant, always having a menu dedicated to them.
Games for children everywhere: outside there are two areas with slides, swings, sandpit, playhouse... all wooden, no plastic! Internally there is a room for the very young (from 4 months) with a tray with balls and the room where the mini club also takes place.
The impeccable cleanliness!!! All clean, all scented everywhere.
The location is very beautiful, you can take walks in the woods, go to the lake, see waterfalls...
It was a wonderful week, I recommend this property and hope to return next year.
Thanks to all the staff!

For the fourth consecutive year we went to this family hotel.
It offers consecutive entertainment from morning to evening. Our 9 year old daughter can stay in the hotel with the entertainers and eat at the mini club while we go on a challenging excursion with our older daughter.
We can relax in the Spa with Bio Sauna and Finnish Sauna and relaxation area. Or go to the swimming pool there are 3 pools of various heights for all ages.
In this hotel you feel like at home.
Very suitable for families with children of all ages, including newborns.
The half-day trips with the entertainers are suitable for everyone and can also be done with a stroller.
However, I would like to advise those who approach the mountains to bring suitable shoes and consider that even the simplest trip still involves a bit of a slope in the woods and on a dirt road, because we are in the mountains so it is not a walk along the seafront...
Sorry for the outburst but seeing people in sandals and then complaining that the trips aren't suitable for families or complaining because it's hard and there are climbs... Yes, the mountain works so it's us who have to adapt and walk safely, it's not the mountain that suits us.
However, the hotel is suitable for everyone as the location includes excursions both in the mountains and on the lake to spend pleasant days on the beach and swimming.
The views for those who walk or mountain bike are wonderful.
Thank you very much to all the Adriana hotel staff also for the fun evenings organized for the whole family.

We stayed here for a week, with our children aged 4 and 6, a wonderful week, an environment tailor-made for families and especially for children, a well-kept, clean, fragrant facility, smiling and kind staff, good and plentiful food, trips well organised, the polenta in the flagship hut, not to mention what you can do independently, the Gorg d'abiss waterfalls, Lake Ledro and much more
Well-maintained outdoor pools perfect for spending a few hours relaxing and having fun!
And here comes the most important part for us, the entertainment for children!
Luigi, the head animator, a splendid, friendly and competent boy, and the girls Elena and Emanuela, who know how to make the children love them and who made us have a super fun evening!
I recommend it, we left our hearts there, and we will definitely return
Excellent value for money!

I'll start by saying that I chose this facility both for its location (Lake Ledro and beautiful surroundings) and to spend moments with my husband and my two-year-old daughter in a facility capable of offering multiple services for the family. I'll get to the point: the entire structure advertises itself on the site boasting entertainment and services and spaces also suitable for children aged 4-36 months, this is absolutely not the case!! In summary, the internal spaces (only 1 large room on the -1 floor) are the absolute domain of children aged 5 to 10, and the owner closes a single small room on the ground floor every day from 2pm to 7pm for the baby parking service, where no you can spend time with your daughter unless you necessarily leave her with the animator. Throughout the entire structure there are no spaces and services for those like me who wanted to experience creative and leisure activities TOGETHER with the child, with entertainers trained for this age group. Among the various negligences, the girl who took care of the children up to 36 months was absolutely not qualified to do so (no childcare worker or degree in nursery or nursery educator)... so who should I have left my daughter alone with? ? To do what then together with a stranger who doesn't let you live or carry out any type of creative or educational activity? I pointed out to the owner this real and effective lack of entertainment, staff and spaces for small children and families, who instead want to spend the holiday together even on a rainy day. In response, the lady urged me to adapt to the philosophy of the Family Hotel that is to leave the child alone. In the large room, however, everything is at the mercy of children who, being older, are not controlled by their parents, they run and push themselves except for the moment in which they are entertained by the entertainer on duty, making it impossible for small children to cohabit in the main games room. Last but not least there is a perennial smell of feet and mustiness which is present in the children's rooms both in the room on the ground floor and in -1. Report fairly good food for a family holiday, discreet cleanliness of the room, but if you really want to enjoy the services for children, bring children aged 5 and up... because if it rains, be sure to keep the younger children in the room first! For the rest, the education and kindness of the remaining dining room and bar staff, large open spaces and well-kept gardens are to be commended.

The facility is clean, well maintained, the staff is generally very courteous and helpful.
The room is small, but comfortable also because we only use it for sleeping so the space is more than enough.
Excellent supply of strollers and backpacks.
Excellent quality and variety of food and buffet.

DINNER for babies: Unfortunately, out of the 4 dinners we had, 3 didn't go well. waiting times of over 20 minutes for a newborn are too long. Food is served either cold or piping hot. Even in 3 different dishes. I expected the cook to know how to create a complete meal for a newborn at the beginning of weaning (semolina cream or other + fish or blended or homogenised meat + blended vegetables). I even wrote it on the menu, I was shocked and the meals created a lot of stress for me, the main reason why I chose the hotel to be relieved during meals.
Last evening, waiting for over 30 minutes, after asking 2 waiters I turned to the maître who intervened promptly.

High chair dirty and full of crumbs or food from the day before, I had to bring wipes to clean it and find it clean for breakfast.

One evening our table was used by other people and I had to wait for them to clean it and my son was already crying because he was hungry

BABY SITTING I used the service in the evening for about an hour and a half. I had a good time. It would have been convenient for me to have that during breakfast or morning. I didn't expect the service to be by reservation, with a newborn it's not very easy to predict the progress of the day.

These are the 2 reasons why I give it average otherwise I would have given it very good.

I recommend it with children at least 3/4 years old or with small newborns who are not yet crawling or with very agitated and energetic newborns.

We stayed a week for a family holiday, with two very young girls. The hotel is located in a beautiful area and offers very good services for children (from bicycles, strollers, animation, homogenized and other small precautions for children). However, there were shortcomings. The water in the pools was too cold to fit in, especially with children. Meal times are too rigid: if at 1.30pm the entrance to the dining room is closed by customers, this does not mean that those who are still at the table eating the first must have the buffet turned off. Those at the table have the right to end the meal in peace! The reception and courtesy from the staff was not very welcome: we often had the feeling that they were in a hurry to get rid of but those on holiday is also right to enjoy meals in peace. The maitre d' could definitely have been friendlier.

We stayed 5 days in this Family Hotel, I must say that being the first time for us in a family hotel we can only speak in a positive way, starting from the availability and kindness of all the staff, we had a really good time, excellent food, vast choice of products, excellent service for small children, we had a small 9-month-old baby and he was treated and served in the best way, everything available starting from the changing table, tub for washing him, backpack for walks, strollers if necessary where there is a need...the entertainment guys were really good and kind, cheerful, smiling, polite...we really liked the excursions with Luigi, especially the one with lunch in the hut, I would say the most beautiful, nice hotel, clean and close to many things to do and see, in short, what can I say, a wonderful holiday where we will certainly happily return!!! Thank you Family Hotel Adriana you are fantastic!!!

Go there, you will not be disappointed! Children have fun, adults can be quiet and serene, enjoy a holiday as it should thanks to the security of the place, the animation present and not intrusive, always available and super kind and thanks to the food that is great, quality, a real cuddle. All in a beautiful and well maintained space, green areas with great play areas and comfortable rooms.

Excellent value for money, really good cuisine, staff always available to satisfy any request and a practically perfect kids club, with unbeatable opening hours. Luigi, Elena and Emanuela do everything they can to entertain the children and are truly excellent and super patient. My daughter cried only when it was time to go back to the room to sleep.
Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the wellness center, small but well looked after with a corner for herbal teas.
The excursions organized free of charge by the hotel are beautiful, suggestive but simple to be child-friendly and enjoy a moment with the family.
We will definitely be back and we can't wait... we returned today and we already miss it!

We stayed at this family hotel the first week of July me, my wife and our two children, 2 year old Richard and 7 year old Georgia. Beautiful experience for us but especially for the children, who had a lot of fun with the animators, all good, led by the extraordinary Luigi. Riccardo and Giorgia in the mini club were with the talented Priscilla, always very patient and gentile.Tutto was perfect, the room really big, with even a bedroom for children, top cleaning. The restaurant with different menus every day, excellent cuisine, with the possibility to do even more encore. Appetizers and desserts buffet always varied and really tasty. We had the table in the small room and more than served, we were pampered by the fantastic Anna, for her 10 and praise, always attentive, present, kind and very very nice. Beautiful 3 swimming pools also to meet the needs of all ages. There would be so much more to say but then there comes the melancholy. My daughter Giorgia sends a special greeting to her namesake Giorgia animation, which has remained in her heart.
