Nice place for family, friendly staff. Away from hectic Bangalore traffic and you can breath fresh air. Food and service was awesome, helpful staff. Lots of activities, games and swimming pool. You will also get very ayurvedic massages.

We stayed for a day, the rooms are neat and a row rooms.
Place is good and maintained well. Staffs are not that experienced needs improvement especially in Restaurant. In the Buffet they need to add more options.
The food is average and nothing special.
The location is pretty far from Sarjapur. Swimming pool is good. This property is good for a day visit. If we are travelling as a group then it will be good.

Its run down, Inefficient staff, full of pests. What else!! The staff and service is so poor that my wife and her friends who were there for our childs golf tournament had to change hotel after 2 nights.

I stayed for a night on Mar 17. Far away from Town. Need vehicle to reach the place. I parked my car at the portico to unload my luggage. To my surprise nobody including the security standing there did not carry my luggage. I forcefully handed over the bag and the security did not carry upto lobby , just kept it at the entrance. Check in process was time consuming.
They informed Wi Fi not available in the room and free at lobby.. After dinner I came to lobby and pass word needed to connect Wi-Fi , but the person in the lobby did not know the password and told me that he was new. Atleast he should have contacted the concerned person and got the password. On check out I came out of the room with my luggage and a boy was standing outside. He came along with me upto lobby, and the lady on the reception handed over the key card to him to check mini bar. Then I realised he was one of the staff. No uniform, not offered to carry my luggage. No training at all, nobody there knows how to treat a guest.

The only good thing about this place is the setting. Beautiful greenery and a lot of wide open space. The service is very bad. The food is nothing great-everything is loaded with gallons of oil ! The fridge in the room was out of order. We had to ask for morning tea 10 times! I am surprised this resort is still running! The wifi does not work in the room. The management needs to do something drastic if they want any occupancy here. Very disappointing. No plans to come back here.

We had been planning a family outing with our group of friends around new year's time frame. Happened to chance upon this beautiful place; Imera Resorts and Spa. The general info on the website, distance from Bangalore, the food reviews, all put together, was enticing enough for us to make a call to them regarding a 2 nights package. In the few interactions with Mr. Goutham Kumar AM - Sales, our queries regarding our stay, new year package, food, service, kid's entertainment etc. were addressed.
We 10 ppl ( 3 couples and 4 kids), checked in on 30th December 2015 for 2 nights.
The property is fabulous and diligently maintained. The rooms, the vast expanse of landscaped gardens with many flowering plants, the cleanliness in the lobbies and walkways leading to the restaurants; all of it is highly appreciable. One of the mentionable things, is, inspite of having hordes of working hands around; men and women both; none of the guests were inconvenienced in terms of privacy.
Our 4 rooms were on the first floor, with half height horizontal wall-to-wall glass windows in each of them. The view from our rooms was of the landscaped garden and farmlands, greenery, clear blue skies.... as far as the eye can see. Completely a room with a view!!
The rooms are clean and spacious enough to accommodate an extra bed comfortably. The bathrooms are clean and spacious, with the accessories that complement; simple and elegant.
The food served at the restaurants is absolutely delicious and mouth watering. Only thing, I feel is, they should incorporate more variety for vegetarian fare besides paneer, babycorn and mushroom. They definitely have wonderful chef's working tirelessly in the kitchen. Am sure, they can whip up some equally lip smacking dishes with stand alone veggies instead of generic kadai's and jalfrezie's. But, currently, even if there is less of a choice, the food is amazing. Every bit of it!!
Friendly, earnest and eager to serve staff makes up for a tad bit slow service. Special mention for Mahendra, Selva and Murugan from the restaurant staff for their patience in dealing with a large group with kids and commendable service.
The swimming pool is good for a few laps or even a dip. It is clean and well maintained.
There is a hookah area as well for the adventurous kinds, where variety of flavors are available at a reasonable price per pot. The area is secluded and is dimly lit in the evenings; where couples/friends can be seen having some fun time.
The stay packages are reasonably priced.
New Year's Bash:
Positives: The arrangement in the garden with lights and individual tables. Firecrackers. A bar counter serving branded liquor and soft drinks. Decent spread for food, complete with veg/non veg appetizers, dosa and Chinese counters, main course and dessert.
Areas of Improvement:
The Dj was a complete let down.
Since the bash was open to all, besides the residing guests, some non-resident guests turned out to be party spoilers after a few drinks. They should have had stricter screening to allow entry in the bash.
Unfortunately signal coverage for 3G/4G is patchy here and the property WiFi was down.
Overall an enjoyable experience within a short driving distance from Bangalore.
Would definitely love to visit again!!

Nice place, good food. We went for team outing and its quite green and well maintained. All in all it was fun.
Swimming ppol, indoor activities, outdoor activities are there. Lawn is very well maintained. We could play team games too!

we stayed there for one night on a weekend.
Nothing great about the resort.
The resort says 24/7 food but we later they said they serve only till 11 and after 11 they ll serve Chinese.But when we went to the resort to have lunch at 3 , the restaurant looked closed and could see other workers eating inside the restaurant.we dint get food which we wanted but were forced to pick food from the buffet which was very ordinary.there were lots of flies inside the restaurant!!
They said evening we ll get some Indian food but to our surprise all we got was Chinese as there were no chefs on a weekend!!
The room was clean and neat.
T.V. channels had the most horrible DTH service as it was full of disturbance.
P.S. -Bringing own Liquior is not allowed inside the room as they check your bags!!! which was absurd!!
