No free car spaces and had to pay overnight parking charge around the side of the hotel. On booking in, the lady on the reception desk informed me that we didn't need to pay for parking after all. I suggested that this was not made clear and that another gentleman had also paid for parking at the same time. No...

Issue I have always had with Best Western is inconsistency. I generally don't book them. However, booked this as were visiting a wedding nearby, price was ok and thought try the again. Arrived at about 7pm, and the room hadn't been serviced from the previous occupants. To be fair we were swiftly swapped rooms. The new room was reminiscent of...

The staff were very helpful and everything was clean. The rooms had all the essentials and some. The only downfall was that it is slightly dated but really great value for money. I would stay again with no hesitations

Decor of the room was a bit dated, but it did the job for a one night stay. Hotel is really central to wander into Newark. The staff here were so friendly and welcoming - really couldn't fault them. Breakfast was nice and freshly cooked.

This hotel is a little dated Best Western with small rooms and somewhat dated facilities. My shower only got lukewarm and I did have to iron my shirt in an untidy laundry room, but I slept well and the staff were friendly and helpful. What really let them down is the dark and untidy car park which, even as a...

During a recent weekend sporting event at which I was invited to officiate, I stayed at the Deincourt for 2 nights. The hotel is well appointed, pleasant, comfortable, and conveniently situated on London Road, Newark. Whilst the rooms are fairly modest in size, the facilities were quite adequate and the acccommodation was reasonably priced. All the staff I encountered, including...
