It was very disappointed that they didn't supply towels in the spa. You must use the towel from your room or your own towel from home. When I brought up that it is not in line with public health regulations and hygiene standards they advised me to write a complain to the management. There is no manager to complain to at the hotel.

The building and the rooms are excellent, but the staff was able to ruin our holiday with their anti-guest attitude. They forgot to inform us about the details of the half-board service, then the waiter told us off, for not bringing the case of the room card (we had the card, we just left the case of it in our room) and without it, he didn't bring us any drink for our dinner, and when we said that no-one had informed us about the rules before, instead of informing us, he just said that he "can't believe that we weren't informed before". After dinner we went to the reception to file a complaint, and the receptionist girl, told us, that she was sure that the waiter hadn't been rude, and the rules of half-board service are very similar in all the 4 star hotels, so it's strange that it wasn't clear for us.
All in all. We won't go there again, and I feel sorry for the owner who had spent a lot of money on building such a nice hotel, and his employees threaten away the guests.

We have reserved a 3 days romantic package, the staff managed to ruin the romantic part, thus leaving only the 3 days package. Book the deluxe room with the private jacuzzi on the terrace it is really great fun! The food was great but their coffee from the machine at breakfas is terrible. Order the extra coffee from the waiters and rather pay for it separately. The anti-theft form that needs to besigned at check-in is humiliating, especially at a 4 star hotel where you intend to leave at least a couple of hundred Euros. They have problems with the heating and warm water supply in the rooms. The matraces of the beds are simply too soft and given the fact that mainly couples book the romantic deluxe rooms it would be the least expectation to have king-size beds instead of the twin beds with a gap between the two. The hotel's own spa is great except for the cold jacuzzi (this is why I recommend the room with the private one). The other public spa, which is excessible via the garden is dating from old communist times with staff alike. If the hotel staff would be given a proper training of hospitality, we might go back.

After the Corona-crisis was announced by our Government, we contacted the Hotel asking our possibilities (eg. cancellation or rescheduling), because our parents are in the most vulnerable age (74 & 73 yrs), but sadly they seem not to be interested about the situation. The only thing they said & repeated that we have had to reschedule 7 days earlier, and that they won't deal with our situation, 'cause the Government has to solve it, and not they. Moreover the Receptionists (and maybe even the Manager on duty) were very-very rude and unsupportive!

So, I was in the hotel for 6 days with my family, when we arrived I was greeted by a very nice view, the room was very good and so was the jacuzzi, the food was great, the waiters were kind and helpful. But there were also problems, there were not many people working there, the saunas had to be turned on later and they were still cold at noon, the swimming instructors were still children and one of them only slept in a chair. One day there was a huge kigyo by the swimming pool, it was very aggressive but one of the guys threw it into the lake. On the balcony of our room there was a wasp's nest there. The last thing is that the coffee machines often did not work with breakfast, it was such that none of the three worked.

we paid an all inclusive 3 days and 2 nights. You would think you get lunch 2 times then as you pay for 2 full board days. Well...we were wrong and the rukles of the hotels are that you can enter your room at 2pm, but lunch ends handily at 2pm as well (the cards they give you at reception are overwritten even as it was 3pm before). The day that you leave you have to leave the room at 11am and you have to leave the premises, otherwise you will be charged for use of the facilities. When mentioning that we would have the right to another lunch, they said these were the rules. Now that is the right attitude and customer service for ensuring customers will ever come back. The coffee throughout the whole hotel is cheapish nescafe machinemade. It tasts terrible and ruined out breakfast on top of it. It was summer so it is alright to go to the outside pools, but for winter it would be convenient to have pool facilities within the hotel. Towel changing, cleaning the room, vacuum cleaning was not part of the deal either. This is only done after 3 days. Well, make sure you take your own towels to this hotel as using the same towels for going to the pool too (you do not get towels at the pool) will make them smell awful especially when using at the termal bath waters. There are a lot better options in the neighbourhood so avoid this hotel !!!!!!

We spent two nights here all inclusive in December. The design of the hotel is nice and the food was good but everything else just not worth it.
The spa is not in the hotel, you have to walk to the thermal bath next door. The finnish sauna is tiny and feels like it is going to collapse soon. The spa is very old. The thermal water was hot enough and it was nice sitting in the water under the stars; otherwise everything else looked dated and was uncomfortable. It is not a modern facility. The 4 star hotels in other towns have huge and modern spas with several steam baths and saunas to choose from.
In the hotel room you can find the usual notice: save the environment, use towels more than once. We learned from the cleaning lady that you get fresh towels only if you spend 3 nights. Daily cleaning means taking out the garbage, they did not even make the bed.
For AI there was an afternoon coffee and pastry offer until 4 pm at the bar. We sat down 5 to 4 pm. The waitress was cleaning other tables for 5 minutes next to us, and then said that it is past 4, she can't bring us anything. We protested politely, then she went to ask... Yes, we got the pastry, which was terrible.
For AI guests the wine was available until 10 pm, a few minutes past 10 my husband asked for one last glass, he was told it was not available any longer. He paid for a glass at the bar, it cost some 400 HUF... yes, they saved 400 HUF.
We also had an ugly fight with reception: the balcony door could not be opened, after 6 calls to reception and a polite protest, they said that we can't move to another room since they are fully booked (booking.com proved otherwise), and the only discount they can give us is that we don't have to pay for the broken the door that we had ruined. No comment.
I liked the food, not very special, but more international and tasty.
Anyway, choose another hotel, don't go...

The hotel is very nice and aesthetic, it is really in a good condition, it's quite new.
We had problems with the receptions, we had to wait for a long time to check in, or ask for something (e.g.: coins for the solarium, booking time for squash field).
The dinner was very-very poor, and the rooms weren't the clenaest.

The Spa part is like in the old 80's, it is terrible. It is on the other sied of the court, and very old fashioned.

Very Nice hotel, rooms are big and clean.you can get all inclusive ,food was good variety and tasty. The spa and wellness is right next to the hotel, with thermal bath water, plus 6 family pools including 6water slides... but service is not top notch...they need more workers,to give better service..I hope they will improve, than we will return for sure..

We have spent two nights in this hotel and have left with mixed feelings. The building itself has a great design and some classy features, like the private whirlpool in the deluxe rooms. However apart from some exceptions e.g. the waiters at the restaurant, the staff is miserable. Beginning with the receptionists, who, despite the previously written and on the spot twice confirmed request, simply forgot to tell the restaurant that we would like to have our dinner in our room (which was nonetheless part of the romantic package we had booked). At check-in you get by default accused of willing to steal bathrobes and towels. As a result at check-in they ask you to sign a declaration that in case of theft they will sue you. Nontheless you should pay close attention to what the receptionist quickly tells you e.g. breakfast and dinner times, opening hours of the spa, check-out time, etc., because afterwards there is going to be no information flyer in your room. Also consider to take soap with you if you don't want to end up washing your hands eachtime with the complimentary small shower gels. All in all this is a great hotel for those seeking only relaxation but the staff definetly needs a heads-up from the basics of hospitality.
