A beautiful location right on the waterfront with excellent amenities. Shady, grassy sites for caravans and campers and well spaced. Disabled facilities also excellent - among the best of any of the parks we have stayed in.

Great little spot! Excellent camp kitchen. Amenities are clean and adequate. Walk onto Snug beach. Down the road there's a butcher that sells the best meat that you can then cook on the BBQ in the camp kitchen at Snug beach cabin and caravan park. Nice little corner of Tasmania.

The staff were friendly. The sites varied in size but we had a good sized one which was nice and fairly well kept. The toilet and shower amenities were excellent, couldn't fault them. The main problem with this campsite which may make me consider it twice if I were in a tent or ill equipped camper is the kitchen. There...

We stayed here for 15 nights on a powered site sitting out the school holidays. We were booked in longer but unfortunately a medical problem arose and we had to leave. The Park is located on the beach not far from the Snug River Mouth. We had a large drive through site which was appreciated and put to good use....

No record of our names, no booking, think they thought we were pulling a fast one! We showed their phone number on our iPhone when we spoke to a lady. The gentleman just kept standing there with no sign of helping us or any offer of a pitch! There were spaces. Disappointed 😒

Sorry, sorry, sorry. As I said at the time I have no idea how your booking didn't make it into our system. I really do apologise for all the inconvenience. I did offer a site large enough for your caravan but it was only available for the first night of your required length of stay, so understandably you decided to...

We used the caravan park as a base to explore Bruny Island and the Houn Valley. The cabin was suitable for our needs but the Wifi was not able to be connected easily and stay connected. The park had great laundry facilities and the BBQ area well great but you needed to pay for the BBQ.

Stayed at Snug for 5 nights. Facilities were fine & we had everything that we needed close at hand. Park was clean & tidy. Our requirements where met. Close to the water which met the needs of our fisherman folk. Kitchen was a welcome addition & comfort when bad weather hit.

You wont find this site in Lonely Planet, fellow travellers recommended this site while we were on Bruny Island, only 10 mins from the Ferry at Kettering via a top up of food at the great Organic fruit and veg shop, this site is right on the beach of a quiet bay with practically your own private beach. Mo was...

Arrived at this location and whilst checking in was greeted by the owner whose attitude was unfriendly and everything seemed a problem. Very undesirable attitude, lack of warmth towards us as customers. Thanks for running an accommodation facility that had good facilities and cleanliness. The owner needs a lesson on what the requirements of running a caravan park are and...

That must have been me. I sincerely apologise for not being my usual chirpy self when we met. Thanks for the wake up call - it won't happen again.
