We only stayed for a night in the self contained cabins to accomodate 2 people. I have to write a review as the place is immaculate. The lady working on reception was an awesome person and went over and above her duty to help us - Awesome!!

We stayed over a long weekend. Staff were super friendly and helpful straight away. There was an awesome spa, pool and kitchen area. The two bedroom cabin was modern, clean and a great spot for 2 couples. This place would be great for families too, highly recommended!

A friend and I stayed at Cooks Beach Resort in May 2015. It was the most amazing experience from our entire month long trip across New Zealand. The town was amazing and our favourite place to visit. The campgrounds were completely empty other than us and the owner helped us out a lot. He gave us tips on what to...

I stayed here with my daughter and her family in a chalet. The whole place has excellent modern facilities which are kept very clean. The pool is wonderful along with the hot tub, and you are only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating which was very helpful. You are still situated close...

Stayed here as had a wedding locally. Really nice stay. Chalets were large with lots of room and space. Rooms were clean. Local to lots of things and had a nice pool also. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Its more of a campsite than resort. That being said, its very modern and kept very clean. Stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very good value for money. About a 10 min walk to the beach and shops. Very nice pool and spa

As a family group of 6 adults and one four year old we had a really enjoyable 5 days. The all stainless steel kitchen was well appointed, tent sites were roomy and the standard of cleanliness was noticeably better than other places we have stayed. In early to mid February, we struck perfect weather and an uncrowded camping ground: we...

We were in a caravan at cooks beach over christmas for 3 weeks. The resort was well run and the Managers very obliging and helpful. Despite the weather, alot of rain for a couple of days, it was nice to see the Manager always checking to see if everyone was alright, especially people tenting. Great conditions always clean and tidy....

“The studio was perfect for a family of 4. Self contained, roomy, great sized TV, comfy bedding and all facilities available at your finger tips for a long or short stay. Was a tiny bit noisey when the wind picked up but if it wasn't windy, no problems. It was the trees hitting the outside wall when it was windy.”
