Meditasi Bungalows is a relaxing place where the beautiful, private bamboo bungalows, and the delux suites, have dreamy balconies overlooking the beach. Each bungalow also has a lounge bed on the balcony, as well as an open air bathroom. If you want to relax even more you can book a yoga or meditation class daily from 5 pm to 6.30 pm. Also on the property is the Smiling Buddha Restaurant. It is a unique, organic Balinese restaurant overlooking the ocean. Here you can enjoy Balinese or international organic food, herbal drinks, or cocktails - so there is something for everyone. They offer cooking classes everyday at 11am. The Smiling Buddha is open 7.30am until late for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is excellent snorkeling at the beach or a swimming pool to relax in and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the ocean. The owner, Wayan, also offers Balinese Tradition Healing. It was here that Elizabeth Gilbert, author of 'Eat, Pray, Love' came and spent her best times in Bali.

My second stay at Meditasi and I plan to return again. The perfect place to unwind. The staff are exceptional, the rooms are spotless and private with an amazing view. The local village is welcoming and safe.

Meditasi, accommodations were just as described and the room is large and comfortable with beautiful views and large outdoor balcony with a day bed and beautiful views and sunrises. The food was ok , as I was one of the few visitors here at this time and they have a few choices to choose from. I like the property as a beautiful get away as I live in Ubud about 2.5 hours from Amed Beach. AC was great and shower was good with plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. What I didn’t care for that no one previously has written or mentioned in a current review was loud music coming from somewhere at night. It was frustrating when trying to sleep. There is no walkable beach and I like to take morning beach walks. It is all rocks with fishing boats on shored so no place here to walk. Further barking dogs with packs of them roaming the property next door and barking loudly. I didn’t appreciate that with the beauty and solitude of the property. Lastly the property is further north and more isolated from walking to other restaurants and or convenience stores. You would need to bring anything with you that you want unless you rent a motorbike while your here All in all was a nice visit to Amed. Beautiful Place for getting away with stunning views Finally the property is cash only with their pricing policy so you should know and recognize that prior to your arrival.

I stayed for 10 days in the deluxe luxury room. It is one of the most beautiful rooms I've have ever stayed in! It has the most amazing views, laying in bed you can see out to sea one side and the beautiful green mountains the other side. I slept with the curtains open so I could watch the sunrise from bed. It has a huge balcony with a day bed which was nice to lounge on with a cup of tea watching the ocean. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. If I didn't have plans else where I would have stayed longer. I enjoyed doing yoga there, ever 3 nights you stay you get one classes free which was great! The staff are all so lovely and can't do enough to help you. I can't wait to visit again someday, Thank you.

I stayed in the deluxe ocean view for 2 weeks & got 5 yoga classes for free (1 free yoga class for 3 days of stay). The place is far less crowded than Central Amed. You can see the sunset from the balcony of the room & if the weather is good you can see the Lombok island too. The backside of the Bungalows is the beach & Coral Garden, a gorgeous place to snorkel. The breakfast is delicious I recommend you to try the Balinese cake Laklak.

I have stayed in Meditasi for 3 days in end of November 2019 in a family room with a perfect sea view. Breakfast and nasi goreng are good. Once we went to Japanese shipwreck and on the way back my girlfriend accidentally dropped her brand new Iphone. But thanks to the staff and nice local people someone has brought the lost phone. I think it's owes much to the respect Mr. Wayan the owner has on the area. He was really nice and accommodating. Hope to visit this wonderful hotel once again.

I loved it so much because it was so peaceful. The staff was super friendly, bungalows spacious, beautiful swimming pool and yoga classes twice a day a huge perk for me. It felt like a retreat and I would come back any day. The snorkeling in front of the resort is also great.

I stayed in Meditasi Bungalows for 2 weeks and it was a heaven of peace. Great place for yoga & relax. Location next to the beach, rooms are clean and staff is very friedly and helpful. You can do several activities and trips from the location (snorkeling in coral garden, yoga, cooking class, trip to Lempuyang temple/rice fields/water palace or enjoy the sunset from view point), staff can help you arrange the transport. And the food was great! :)

Meditasi bungalows are beautiful. From the top of the deluxe suites, you can see the ocean out the front and the lush hills out the back. Nestled in a quiet bay with local fishing boats and the ocean as far as the eyes can see, it's a great place to relax and rejuvenate.🙏✨

Meditasi Bungalows is a perfect place to calm down your mind. The bungalows are next to the sea. I booked the superior Bungalow. The rooms are amazing, you have a beautiful view on the ocean and everyday you can see the sunrise and the fishers who are leaving in the morning. The room has a huge balcony on which you can relax. You have the choice to swim in a huge pool or going to the quiet beach, which is nerby to the bungalows and is connected through a door. There are beautiful places in the garden, where I did my Yoga practice. Even more there are Yoga classes in the Shala, which are open for every level! The restaurant 'Smiling buddha'is amazing and the stuff is so friendly and nice. From there you can enjoy your meals with a view at the ocean! I felt absolutely in love with this magical place and will come again! Thank you for the lovely stay!

I stayed a week in one of the luxury rooms, and it really was an unforgettable week! The view towards the sea, the Meditasi team, the rich breakfast, and the excellent cleaning, made my stay the best I have experienced on this beautiful island.
