A nice weekend take a break resort facing the river roopnarayan. Nice ambience,romantic and you can enjoy booze watching the sunset. They had a garden on the river bank for time pass or picnic. They provide a nice pool but the water in the pool is not crystal clear. they had a bar and they allow booze party in pool. Outside food or drink not allowed. Clean and spacious rooms, properly sanitised. Spacious restroom too. Buffet breakfast, and delicious food. Overall nice weekender.

we stayed for a day.our room was facing river.glass windows give a clear picture of nature,river,boats.The food was great. But the chinese preparation is better than bengali preparation.it has a big pool.only point i got disappointed was i didnt get service after 10:10pm.i asked room service to clean the food plates and table and also saked for a toothpick.But after so many requests no one came.we waited for 1 hour and finally cleaned our table ourselves.Noone came to take the used plates.so we kept them outside the room.but toothpick didnt come.Rest is fine.

Great food .. nice and clean rooms .. pool is satisfactory .. service and facilities can be improved .. overall value for money .. must go if you love the charm of rural west bengal with amazing view of river Ganges .. ask for river view rooms ..

Security guard of front gate to Manager(male) at the Reception were uneducated untrained uncultured unprofessional rude behaved and non coperative . Extraordinarily bad service . Uncleaned dirty rooms... No house keeping staffs are available. Cable tv had been recharged at night after repeated complained from morning check in time. Wi fi is there but not recharged. And during our stay it had not been recharged. In their website it is found that there is tea coffee maker inside room but there is nothing inside room. It's pertinent to mention that we have been given view room at 5th floor that is room no 404. In the website there is Gym but actually no Gym in the hotel as per the Manager's version. In bathroom comod was broken . Door of the bathroom was also bad and it can not be locked from inside . And we have observed the uncleaned linen on the bed . Walls of the room uncleaned. Only one good thing that the quality of food is alright and the behaviour of restourant staffs are very cordial and this is the only hope in that hotel . We had planned to stay two days but we stayed only one day and rushed to another 3star property just beside this hotel . I never recomend anyone to come and stay at that hotel even they refuse to sanitize the room before entering the room . So be careful friends ..

There is no scope of giving a rating of 0 hence giving it a rating of 1. We booked 6 rooms. Everytime we called to make a booking they gave us different information. We managed to book 6 rooms at the last moment. 4 of which were river facing and 2 were facing the back. The 4 river facing rooms were totally different. Bathrooms were leaking. Bedsheets and pillows were smelling. Rooms were damped and plasters were coming out. Unclean glasses and the windows were dirty. Food was extremely expensive compared to the quantity and quality. Will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Falta as 1 day offsite tourist destination is awesome. We enjoyed hours sitting beside the river or small walks along the river bay. However the hotel was not upto the mark. Rooms were small with average cleanliness. Dirty bed linen was provided. Nothing special to mention. Dirty swimming pool. They don't clean the pool. We ordered food from restaurant. Stale food was served during lunch. However snacks and dinner were better. Food bit costly. Hotel Rajhans has a garden beside the river which is good. We sat there for hours during evening. There is a burning ghat beside the hotel.

Rajhans Hotel is located in Falta , just 60 Kms from Kolkata. Location is fantastic and peaceful on the bank of Ganga.We stayed for 2 nights from July 9th to 11th, 2021 for a weekend after frustrating Covid fear and opening of lockdown . We returned back extremely happy and rejuvenated. Rooms are not very big or lavish but neat and sanitized. Washroom is also clean with Geyser and basic toiletries provided. Staffs are well mannered and polite and found everyone wearing Masks. Sanitizers were kept in the reception area. Reception Staffs Joy and Bishakha were very nice in behaviour, friendly and helpful taking care of all the guests. I would specially mention about the Food which is very very tasty and at very affordable price. Crab Masala was just Yummy. The private garden just on the river bank is a wonderful place to relax. I enjoyed and got the value for every penny I had spent in Rajhans Hotel . I will visit again and strongly recommend this Hotel to all the readers of my review.

All is excellent. Good Room, Good Food, Good Service. Everything is Good. Beauty full Decorate by hotel, Swimming Pool, Garden. This is River side hotel. Good place of Get -Together. I like this Hotel.

Hotel has all amenities with very poor maintenance..rooms are damp.food was great but very much over priced...and quantity is very low...no room service..only hotel where charging Rs.30 for chilling per bottle bear.
