The room was well equipped, very large with very comfortable king bed. The guest house is adjacent to Swan Lake Park which provides for a nice scenery while walking in the park. Bernadette is a great host and provides all the assistance one could hope for, including a delicious breakfast. The place is very close to the Penguin Parade, the...

Exceptionally warm welcome from Bernadette on arrival made you feel instantly at home - like visiting family (that you like). Bernadette is passionate about everything Phillip Island and was able to direct us to the best restaurants and activities - a wonderful ambassador for the region. Our room was exceptionally spacious, clean and comfortable. Upstairs the common room was well...

We had a last minute stay here to celebrate my birthday. Amazing hosts - Bernadette was such a pleasure to meet and gave us an enormous amount of local knowledge and information on what to do which was very helpful. We were made to feel so welcome and well looked after. Our room was lovely and the overall house was...

Thank you to Bernadette for a fantastic weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary recently. We had a great time, loved the room, the view, the breakfast and the location and of course the great conversations over checkin and breakfast. :-) The location was exactly what we were looking for, close to the Nobbies and not far to drive into Cowes for...

Loved our stay at this incredible place! In terms of location, a walk away from the Penguin parade and only a short drive into the heart of Cowes. With beautiful scenery from our room, a charming clean room and an endearing host in Bernadette, has surely made this location our "go to" for our getaways to Phillip Island in the...

Great location for the Penguin Parade, and close to magnificent beaches. The main town Cowes is a few minutes drive away. Accomodation is spotless and well appointed. Large lounge area means other guests are not intruding on your space at all. Swan Lake nearby is worth a short walk to for birdwatching. Recommended.

My husband and I stayed a night here as we wanted to see the Penguin Parade. Great location to be near the penguins - mere 5 mins drive away. Bernadette's warm and friendly hospitality added a really nice touch to the stay - she recommended us places for dinner and other attraction spots at Phillip Island, and they were all...

Yes Bernadette could talk the hind leg off a donkey but her enthusiasm for her BnB is great! We booked as we wanted to see the Penguin Parade so were gutted when we saw the sold out signs.....Bernadette was soon on the case and we got two tickets. Great location, great hosts and lovely rooms

This B&B is in a beautiful location, it really is stunning. The owners are so nice with heaps of local knowledge. The rooms are peaceful and spacious and contain everything you need. I was delighted to find a spa bath in there! I'd recommend for anyone. The Island is also absolutely gorgeous.

Fantastic. Simple as that. The owner Bernadette is a great host and from the minute you arrive she can't do enough to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The property is 500 meters down the road from the penguin parade so can be walked although is on the main route so we drove. Rooms at guest house lovely. We...
