We had our 2 nights stay at Sidus Galaxy and I want to mention the following points -
1) First of all you will love the drive to the hotel, if you are not confident of driving in the hills then they have an option of pick up and drop (on chargeable basis).
2) They have very spacious and luxury rooms with all amenities. Each room has an amazing view but we stayed in the Villa. They have options for big families stay as well.
3) Service and staff is very humble and good
4) Also to my surprise generally only Breakfast is included but here all 3 meals are included. And food is really good which makes your stay even more delightful.
5) I was with my 4 months old baby and on Janamasthami they arranged a small Pooja and we participated. It was really really thoughtful of the team and owners
6) They have an activities room where you can play TT, Billiards, carrom, Chess etc.
Overall I would say it was worth every penny as the hotel is on the top of the hill and view is something to die for, even at night. It is really a good time off from the hustle bustle of the city. Attaching some pictures for you to see.

Initially I was a bit skeptical about the location of this resort as it was showing around 20km away from main Chakrata, but since I couldn’t find any good hotels in and around Chakrata I went for this one. Trust me, that was the best decision made on this trip. It’s situated on a kind of mountain top where you can have a view of snow clad Himalayan peaks. There is no commercial noise, and you feel like sitting in the lap of nature. Starting from the beginning, the road is very much approachable, I don’t have any prior experience in driving on hills, but in spite of single lane road I didn’t find any difficulties. On reaching there, I got a warm welcome and they upgraded my booking at free of cost, and offered me a suite. Please note all rooms/ cottages/ suites have nice view and you can get up to a sunrise. Food was amazing, they provided some local delicacies as well which were finger licking. Infact every time we went for the meals, the chef cam personally to check if everything is right. It also has good trek which further provides an awesome view of winter line (sunset). No issues of parking, fully secured. Staff is very friendly, a special mention to Mr. Nautiyal as well. There are 2 pet dogs (husky breed) who stay in the property, they are also very loving and friendly.
Overall it was an awesome experience and didn’t felt like coming back. On my way back, I went to Chakrata as well, but later on I realised that residing at this property away from Chakrata was a wise decision.

An extremely beautiful location complements the luxurious comfort of the resort which provides an immense opportunity to relax, unwind, or take on adventure trek in the surrounding hills. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities; notably all rooms face the east, allowing a breathtaking sunrise view that lifts the spirits. There’s a large recreational area that also includes a well designed Spa on the first floor. The therapist Mr Vinod is an expert and a massage really added to the indulgence we were experiencing. There’s a round the clock food and snacks corner where we can dig in to satisfy our cravings. To sum up, we returned after 2 days thoroughly spoiled, recharged, and with plans to return again soon.

The location of the property is amazing. U can see the snow clad himalayas from the property and the sunrise from ur room is mesmerizing. The rooms and villas were neat and clean and well arranged. The Food was delicious and the hospitality was top notch.
We had organised a 2 day Residential Refresher course / conference under the banner of Dehradun Branch of CIRC of ICAI from 24th to 26th February and everyone who attended the conference was very much satisfied with the arrangements at the resort especially the food, conference facilities, the cleanliness of the rooms and villas and the hospitaliy was top class. A friend of me recommended this beautiful property close to chakrata, we booked the rooms directly through the resort and checked in on 23rd Feb. To my surprise the location was beyond my expectation. The views were breath taking, rooms really gave me the luxurious feel (we stayed at phoenix villa) and the food was great too. Sharing some of my experiences, the resort is located in almost no network zone area but jio signal is available for calls, Location for photography is best at the entrance of stellar and a morning breakfast is a must at sunlit window and the best part we had was a short trek at virat khai Mountain. Recommended for family and friends and all those looking for some escape from the city chaos.

If anyone happens to see the kitchen then you will not eat food there. It's so dirty and full of flies. There's no internet in the property. If your expectations are high seeing the price then you will be disappointed, cleanliness is the last priority of the hotel. Rooms are dirty n filled with flies. Used n dirty towels supplied in the room. Payment is taken in advance so that you have no option of leaving the property.

We had an amazing experience at Sidus galaxy. It was our anniversary trip and the staff and owners did everything possible to make the experience truly incredible. The most exemplary hospitality, decor, special attention to details like cake, wine and personalized attention. The place has 5 star luxury in the lap of nature, pristine cleanliness and extremely well spoken staff. Finger licking food by Chef Ritesh...every single meal was yummy... We (group of 3 families with children) initially had booked in the month of July and had to postpone due to an emergency the booking team had postponed the booking conveniently for 2 months and also during rebook in September since the tariff of generally less, upgraded our classic room to suites free of cost... Awesome... Also the staff is very well behaved and courteous.. The food quality was awesome, all the preparations were yummy and super tasty.. The location of the property is also very very awesome.. We would recommend this property to everyone in our circle

Best hotel, must visit in your life. Location is lovely, food served is lovely.. Staff is always there to help 24*7 for all your needs magically at such height. Especially Mr.Pardeep in management is doing great job, his polite nature with guest is wonderful. And the person who fixes my tv channels problem at late night is also doing great job.. all staff works more then 100% for our stay to become memorable. Water served there is pure from mountains which taste so good, that I filled 4bottles of mine and ask there 2 bottles for my home. Wo 7 out of 5 experience it was overall.

This property has an amazing view from the rooms itself and the whole resort is surrounded by mountains. Food was a absolute wander from the snacks they provided to all the meals. Our stay at Sidus Galaxy chakrata was a memorable and one of the best holiday ever. I’d surely recommend everyone to come to this place especially if you’re a nature enthusiast. The best part of the whole stay is their hospitality shown by the staff, they were very welcoming and took care of all our needs right from the entrance till the checkout. Just make sure you carry woolen clothes during your trip since the temperature drops down in the evening and at night.
