The staff was very courteous and accommodating . Property had a heritage touch to it with artefacts so it added to the ambience. The location was perfect for stunning views of the garden and dam without the hassle of crowds. The General Manager Anto of the property was personally supervising and overseeing everything. Added to the experience .

Beautiful property. Great views from the rooms. The front desk was awesome and available at all times for your needs. The restaurant needs to be looked into. Both days, they were understaffed. For a leisurely meal, it is fine. Relaxing time all the while.

We arrived late afternoon after a long ride from Bengaluru. The welcome was mild, check-in was easy. Our room was amazing with a four-poster bed in a large, comfortable and clean room. (and very comfy bed) Drinks in the Elephant bar were served by friendly and attentive staff. Dinner started with tasty tomato soup, followed by good southern Indian cuisine. Back in our room we were served the most delicious chocolate cake I tasted in a long time, specially prepared by the in-house chef. I mentioned in my original booking that it was my birthday, and even though our dates moved, they remembered and made it special, birthday candles included. Wish I could have packed the whole cake - yummy beyond words. Oh and don’t forget the gardens, they are beautiful. Bathroom should be upgraded though.…

We had visited this hotel with two young kids. Had a wonderful time. The place/ location itself adds bliss to the stay. High altitude view, overseeing the beautiful garden. The staff were completely welcoming and courteous and generous. The food was good too.

Went there with family for 1 night stay. This place has private access to Brindavan garden. Blessed with great views. We had the complete garden to ourselves in the morning. The rooms are great too. Overall a must visit!
