We went to lunch today to celebrate my son's birthday.
We have been given table on the porch, it has beautiful views and good temperature.
The menu consists of 6 first,6 seconds and 3 desserts ,with bread ,wine and water (12€)
What we asked for very rich and the attention of the girl who attended us,(Claudia)better impossible.
We'll definitely be back.

We stayed 3 nights this month of August and the truth is that we had a wonderful time. We have been in the hotel, the rooms seemed very cozy but the curtains are not very thick and a lot of light comes in….
Everything was super clean, the only thing was the shower stream was weak.
Half board is very good but at dinner there is very little variety of desserts, 3 to choose from and very basic.
Wonderful treatment from all the staff but highlighting Claudia who seemed super attentive, kind and affectionate. Also Alejandra at breakfast.
In short, some fantastic days in a spectacular environment.

It is the second year that my son, our dog and I received the new year in Puente Romano, the first time was in a room , this time in a cozy wooden cabin with everything you need. You feel at home. The 10/10 restaurant, Claudia's attention and affection is decisive to continue visiting this beautiful place very close to the ski resort of Alto Campoo. Thank you!

We rented a stone cabin, when we got there the first thing we saw was a dirty cabin with all its furniture dirty and sticky. When I said this at reception, the person in charge of cleaning came, took a towel and began to rub it on the window frames, rusty iron wood fireplace and sofa with hair stuck to it, thus mixing the dirt even more.
To our new complaint the response was “you may be very delicate, who knows how it will look when you leave, tomorrow we will go and clean it again.” We assume from the state in which we found it the next day that they did not even look at it.
Customer service is generally good until you make a complaint and that's when they transform and until you get down to their level, they don't relax their ways.
The wood of the ceilings, due to its poor construction, rings permanently, day and night, especially at night when you sleep is when you “suffer” it.
Summary, we will not return and whoever asks us we will advise them to stay somewhere else.

I think the images speak for themselves. A health hazard.
They can't possibly have a good cleanliness rating because there isn't. It's the first time I've left a place earlier than expected. I usually travel a lot. A disgrace what they offer.

I was in a wooden cabin where dirt, lack of maintenance and wood noise (especially annoying at night) marked my stay:
1. The bathtub curtain totally moldy below, and from side to side. They had to put in a new one because that dirt was impossible to remove anymore.
2. The only shelf in the bathroom: ruddy.
3. Half-loose cistern cover.
4. Crumbs on the kitchen counter, accompanied by ants. They gave me an ant trap.
5. All the cups that were inside a kitchen cabinet: with pieces of food stuck.
6. Two blankets with embedded hair (person, dog...)
7. In my cabin there was no wifi coverage, nor did the TV signal arrive.
8. Cobwebs inside the cabin, especially in the bathroom.
9. Sofa and dirty cushions.
10. The head of the bed was half nailed and with every move he made he knocked on the wall. I had to put up a cushion to cushion.
11. Porch furniture: sticky.
12. I looked out the window of a stone cabin that was near mine and inside I saw a couch all broken. I didn't need to see more.
13. And finally: at the restaurant where I had breakfast, lunch and dinner all three days, they demanded that it be paid in cash because, I was told, they could not charge by card for bad coverage. But when I left, when I went to liquidate at reception (glued to the restaurant), they charged me with a daphone. When I told the receptionist he gave me no explanation, he just shut up and charged me without any problems.
Otherwise, the exteriors (lawn, etc.) very well maintained. Appearance is what really matters. But not to me, of course, and it is clear that I will not return or advise you to leave.
