I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly I was very much impressed. In this price range I didn’t thought room with such ambiance were possible but nevertheless the stay was short but the services I received from all the departments be it restaurant or house keeping, I just had to call reception with my request and within 5 to 6 minutes of my request it would be done as ensured and promised by receptionist Ms. Nikita at the time of check-in, the professionalism and enthusiasm displayed by her was just admirable. I hope she gets recognition she deserves for putting her heart and giving her very best effort to this job. Anyone reading this review and who is planning to book their stay at this hotel, I urge them to book it without any hesitations and doubt. The services, room and the price are very much good and are all vouched for.

It was wonderful experience at the beautiful hotel in haridwar. Loved the Food and hospitality. spacialy buffet breakfast is very delicious and pure vegetarian. We enjoyed our stay hare and will definitely visit again.

Very pleasent and comfortable stay with feel of little bit luxury. Neat and clean rooms, good washroom and buffet breakfast. Courteous and humble staff in all deptt.. Reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Good location at NH 34 nearby all major places of Haridwar within a range from 5 to 15 minutes. Decent parking space. We would like to visit the place again whenever we visit haridwar in future. Highly recommend for a decent and comfortable stay.

Excellent service and very nice hotel in haridwar.staff is very polite and honest. Morning buffet breakfast is very delicious best thing is that break-fast is very lite & healthy. Sarvanand Ghat only 200m only from the hotel and easy to reach for Ganga Bath.

Had a wonderful stay here and one of the best service I experienced staying in any hotel. The receptionist Ansari made me feel very welcomed by listening to my feedback around bike rental(which was very far from their usual connect) and took it positively. My flight was early in the morning so he even offered to have breakfast prepared earlier than their kitchen open time. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if in haridwar.

Hotel Udman -
A great location right in between har’ki pardi’ and the Gayatri Parivar’s Shanti’Kunj
The Hotel is well facilitated with all the mod-cons, all in a clean and working order (not to be taken as granted in all hotels in Haridwar believe me)
Above all the staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much for them, from the front desk managers, to its restaurant staff, to its bell boys.
Pankaj (staff member) was especially great and a credit to Udman Hotel, going above and beyond.
This is the reason why I’m a repeat visitor to this hotel.

We booked this hotel on our trip to Haridwar and inspite of running full in capacity, we received excellent services.
The front office staff sply Nikita and other male staff ( can't recall their names) we're very helpful. The rooms were superb with all facilities as expected. The room services were very prompt in refilling and replacing the essentials requested by us.
The restaurant food was lip smacking. The attendants at the restaurant, Pankaj and Hem were very helpful and prompt in their services. Overall a NO COMPLAINT stay and a wonderful experience.

What a fantastic hotel. From the minute we arrived until the moment we left. We had a lovely welcome and a swift check in. The room was really nice. Spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing with plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was second to none and had plenty of choice with European and Indian options. Location was great and room service was also very nice. The only thing that wasn’t so good was the Wi-Fi. It was a bit hit and miss. We would definitely recommend this hotel. It is definitely value for money and has been one of the best hotels we have stayed in in the north of India.
