The apartment was cozy and cute. We felt pretty good the whole week.
The swimming pool is nice and the atmosphere is family-like so we all felt really great.
They have a semi-private beach, and the crew gave us a badge for the whole week in order to park close by, so that was pretty sweet.

The only drawback would be that they do not have air-con, so even though opening the doors and windows let us had some wind, we were exposed to mosquitoes.

They should renew a bit the property so they could step up a bit

Having just returned from a week at Capo ceraso resort I can honestly say we really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was well maintained, clean and had obviously been recently refurbished. We had an upstairs apartment with a large balcony and a wonderful view over the gorgeous medditerranian sea (first thing in the morning, bacon sandwich, beautiful sunshine and stunning outlook. fantastic ) The staff were so friendly and helpful, from the Manager to the pool attendants and made us feel so welcome, there is a lovely restaurant with a great view (could perhaps do with translating a menu or two into english for us lazy Brits.) but having said that we managed ok with the help of the waiters. This is not a place to stay without a car,but makes a great base from which to explore the Northeast of the Island and is only 20 minutes from Olbia airport all in all nice place to spend a week

I'd actually give this place 3 1/2 stars as bh6 as sorting out the terrace area which wasn't as inviting as the rest of the resort and it was the worst part of capo Ceraso but could be sorted with a bit more imagination. Another improvement that needs working on is the pool toilets.... No lock, no soap, no toilet roll. Not pleasant.
Also apparently there was a mini club and animation which we never saw operating so it's lucky my 2 didn't need to go as capo Ceraso did lack communication on what went on where but maybe thats the Italian way.
However the whole place was just beautiful. From the views from at the apartment to the walk down to the stunning beach means I've fallen a little in love with Sardinia and i can't wait to come back to explore the rest of the island. Definately go to Costa Turchese for Gelato which is in murta maria town as its amazing. If youre after a quiet relaxing Italian holiday then look no further as it was a lovely hotel but just needs fine tuning.

This was without doubt the holiday of a lifetime for our family. The resort is so family friendly- just a short walk to the beach and the pool. As Irish people were so concerned that we won't manage the heat but the constant breeze meant that we all stayed cool. It was without doubt so relaxing... our kids spent every waking minute in the water which would never happen in Ireland. The clear sea water was full of tiny fish which our four year old found fascinating. There was so much to do, the 13 and 11 year old escaped to the night time entertainment in the ampi-theatre while the pool entertainment kept the younger ones entertained. Andrea and her team were both poolside and on the beach, which is an amazing service. We were sorry we didn't take advantage and escape for a few hours on our own. We did sight see in the area, to the most beautiful beaches. There is a delicious ice cream shop which we discovered in Maria Murta on our last night, the kids went back for seconds (don't miss this one). There is a fab restuarant on site but we also discovered delicious food in both Maria Murta and Geko restaurant in Porta Insta (go to see that beach- it is stunning). The resort is ony 15 mins from the airport. Be warned that very few people speak English (with the exception of Andrea in the entertainment crew).

We spent here 4 days in early september. Nice place, close to olbia airport, panoramic walking path to the beach, very quiet beach, lots of green and flowers.
Only negative note the unfinished building where the reception is. Luckily our apartment was facing over the sea with a beautiful terrace.

Pros:
-nature
-beach
-panoramic views
-silence

Cons:
-need a car
-not much going on during evenings

Poor room, no soap, no toilet paper, no ac, no one comes to clean, no changing towels or sheets, furniture is so old and broken.. I can't believe how disgusting. Bathroom and tv are from 60's I think, tiles broken..
Never again!

Spent 10 days here early August 2014. Very Very disappointed on arrival. Paid for sea view but vegetation blocking view from very small patio. Apartment was like a basement flat with musty smell and broken fitments such as Toilet Seat, Shower door and AC Unit. Get ready to eat out a lot....Kitchen was not a kitchen as there was no Grill, Oven, Toaster or Microwave. Also no can opener, cutlery poor and no basics provided on arrival. Children slept on two convertible sofas adjacent to gas hob....concerned as also no fire alarms or carbon monoxide detectors fitted anywhere. Small TV with only Italian channels and no pay options. Parking allocations not clear at all and neighbours leaving notes to move vehicle. You will need a car. Biggest problem.....main hotel building subject to some ongoing dispute and unfinished, ugly eyesore dominating the whole site. Facilities limited and poor. Only good point was location near very good beaches and pool nice size although shuts at 7pm, dirty on bottom and plagued by 'entertainers' blasting out a weird mix of tunes most afternoons. Reception staff although helpful distanced themselves as third parties citing most of the apartments were privately owned/rented. There are much better places to pay £1600 for 10 nights even in Sardinia, even in August. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Two adults and two kids, stayed two weeks. What we liked:
- Big pool with a lifeguard. You need to wear swimming hat and no food and drinks allowed by the pool - clean
- size of our room (2 bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen/dining room)
- restaurant makes good pizza and spritz
- green areas
- beachbus
- very quite
- kids disco (though only in Italian)
What we liked less:
- AC made some noises during the night. Very annoying
- No view from the terrace, literally.
- Main building looks like an unfinished project, but itbis just visual.
We would stay again!

For the money you expect accommodation with at least some air conditioning or ceiling fans and a change of towels when needed. Eventually found the cutlery drawer under the gas hob! No kettle or toaster or oven, so limited as to what you can cook.
Our gas hob didn't ignite as the clicker doesn't look like it's worked for years! So used a hand held one. The one electric hob is not even connected and there are bare wires.
There is no information in the appartments telling you when the pool, bar opens or closes or how to discard your rubbish.
Do not be fooled by the photos of this place, there is a run down shack with derelict building in the middle for all to view, however the gardens are well kept. There was a random dog defecating on the grass outside and no one cleared it up while we were there. There is a lovely view of a truck stop over the road.
Room itself was large and nice. Shower hot water was a bit hit and miss but it was so hot it was nice to have a cold shower blast out sporadically.
You will have to purchase your own toilet roll from the supermarket. We did have washing up liquid and a tea towel but had to buy a dishcloth. You will have to buy bin bags and sort your rubbish into various bins outside, the rubbish man will not collect it unless it is in a bag and apparently you may get fined if not. I think he came every day so if you put your bin out the end of your path it will be collected when you return.
The location is remote but very handy for numerous beaches nearby. Our favourite was Porto Istana. The walk down to the local beach is up over the grass behind the stage and seating area. Not that clearly marked, follow the stepping stones.
Finally you need a swim hat to swim in the pool! We took some with us after reading a review, but the numerous people arriving were directed to reception to buy hats I believe as they returned with them 5 mins later. You are however allowed, inflatables in the pool, balls, and to dive so it's quite relaxed apart from the hat thing. No one stopped us eating in there either. There are plenty of sun loungers as the pool isn't very busy and it's very large.
