I liked it a lot, the place is so beautiful and well maintained, located in the middle of the nature. This is my 2nd visit to "the grasmere" resort and want to say mind blowing resort away from the city.

Resort is situated in a very nice place surrounded with coffee leaves and tress.The main attraction is infinity pool with a good view. Ayurveda spa is also there. It has a Very nice ambience and beautiful place.

Nice Ambience and Nice Hospitality. Restaurant food rate is not affordable. Better to eat outside resturants.Pool is awesome and morning and evening views from the balcony is just marvelous. We got plenty of delay in getting room(almost 4 hours)

Had a terrible experience. The rooms were highly priced as we had to pay Rs 7500 per day for one room. We expected a neat and clean room but even that was not provided to us. There were dead cockroaches inside the cupboard and on the dressing table. It looked like they haven't opened the room to clean for a while as the sofa had dust on it and the room was not clean. The TV and the water heater also was not working and when we asked them to fix the heater they couldn't do anything about it and instead told us that they will bring hot water in a bucket. We had booked two rooms and both the rooms had the same issues, heater and TV not working. When we asked them to serve breakfast in the room they denied us the same and that too at this time when we have to maintain social distancing. When I contacted the manager to inform about the poor services he assured me to call after two days to address my issues but didn't call. Very bad management and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is nothing special about this hotel and it is highly priced so if anyone wants to book here I would suggest you to check for other options.

Never book this hotel. I lost money by booking this hotel. Very pathetic service. The service person won't respond. Somehow If we make them respond, they will tell you that the matter will be resolved in a short time. But them there wont any response thereafter.

Very nice place to stay and good ambience. Infinity pool was good . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and tasty . Buffet in breakfast good . For Dinner please prefer alacarte . Play area for kids is awesome Worth of money

Enjoy the stay. A decent resort with enough facilities. Room and cleanliness was good, staff was so kind and positive. Front office manger was so friendly. But a little suggestion to improve on swimming pool

The room and location are great. The set top box was changed twice, luckily I got to see the match before it broke down. The kettle was changed and the water heater worked for a short while. The door handles of the wardrobe were broken and kept in a drawer.We had a bit of trouble reaching the place due to road repairs and poor navigation with Google maps.

The Grasmere was one of the most awful hotels i have been to . We went with 4 other friends. First and foremost, all our rooms were stinking . The exhaust in the bathrooms were not functioning well and we had to stay with that. The hotel is 45 minutes from the hotel, and the roads are very bad. Each time we wanted to go out, it was a big problem. Not enough place to park your car if the hotel was full. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. Food was ok the first day, but quite good the second day. I guess the staff were trying to make our stay better. On the second day we decided to hire a jeep and visit all the places. That was a good decision. Saved us heartburn and time. Three things to visit in Vagamon are Kurushu mala, nearby is the murugan mala and a little further away is Thangal para. Sort of a pilgrimage (as the locals say ) From there we went on a drive that made our hearts come into our mouths (dirt roads are an understatement) to a man made cave. The highlight of the trip was the jeep driver. He drove like a professional . Excellent driver.

The rooms provided by Grasmere Resorts is good but there were some ants in the room. The staff is friendly and courteous but could do with some more training. There is need for the appointment of an experienced manager. Telephones in the room were not working. The dinner at Rs.600/ head is on the expensive side. A good resort that needs some improvement. Our visit to the Pine forest ,Tea Boat Lake, Kurisumala,Thangalmala and the like was a great experience.
