We only stayed a coupe of nights but wished it could be more. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and we had a stunning twin room with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, together with our own mosaic on the wall! The bathroom was a huge wet room with rain shower and was equipped with shower gel, shampoo luxury... More

Stayed here a few times whilst working nearby. I would not stay anywhere else as food is first class and staff wonderful. Chalets are little gems. Take a swim, sauna and walk around the grounds to totally relax after a hard days work.

Wow- what an amazing place. Rooms are great, not fancy but perfectly comfortable. Everything that you need including all those little extras. The restaurant is AMAZING. food is fabulous, really could not be better. I am dairy intolerant and nothing was too much trouble. They had gone out of the way to provide alternatives to milk, yoghurt, ice cream and... More

Lovely Stay. Made to feel very welcome including our bouncy dog. Rooms were splendid and very taseful. My son remarked it the plushest room he'd ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious - we all agreed the sausages were yummy (even our dog gave them the paws up!) Was heaven to wander around the lake with our dog and stop to... More

We stayed for a week in the barn and it was perfect! The facilities were ideal for our dad who is in a wheelchair and the place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The owners were always around to help and were very helpful and considerate. The grounds are so relaxing with the fishing lake and all the little seating areas... More

This is a great hotel with excellent facilities. We are staying in one of the barns and it is just like staying in an apartment. Self catering facilities are the best I have ever experienced. We will be sure to return in the future. Lots or market towns to visit close by.

Great country setting in which we use the pool and sauna on a regular basis. It's an ideal location to go fishing, eat a fine meal, stay over in the hotel accommodation or use the pool facilities which are clean and the pool is warm would defently recommend this site !

This friendly family run hotel is a little gem. We swim here on a regular basis and decided we would book dinner after swimming for my birthday dinner. The restaurant was quiet on the midweek evening of my birthday, just a few residents dinning at the same time. We were greeted with a smile and happy birthday wishes and show... More

Lovely food and great staff, the pool is perfect! Would highly recommend! It is just off the A47 but you would have no idea. We are now members at the pool too! Some lovely walks near by too. Try Honeypot wood if you get a chance.
