Three Leaves is a nicely maintained property, with clean and spacious rooms, good food, playing area for kids and above all it's walking distance from the temple.
Few things that can be improved: Housekeeping staff needs some training as there were many things including towels, bathroom doormat, etc. not placed, thought were provided immediately upon request. The food is certainly of good quality and tasty as well, but only buffet options are available, so in case someone wants to eat less he still needs to pay for the entire buffet. I would suggest them to have few a-la-carte options as well. Overall, we had a nice stay and would certainly recommend this place.

Travelled with family, stayed in a suite room. A decent, clean room with comfortable bed. The living area comes with a sofa cum bed and the hotel added a mattress on it, which made it quite comfortable. Food can only be had in their restaurant, they don't serve in rooms but the food quality is quite good. Stick to Indian dishes, they are delicious. We tried the Indo-Chinese once but came back disappointed. The overall stay felt somewhat expensive, given the location and facilities but Three Leaves is the best option in Trimbak. The property is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Will recommend it to friends and family.

Didn't expect much but was a happy experience.. good food, great staff, all external help like tips, local transportation help, staff willing to help in all ways made our stay memorable. An extra point for the willingness of the management and staff to help their guests. Although they need to look into hot water availability, cleanliness and flies problem although we went in peak rainy season there. Toilets are a little small too, bedding needs better pillows and mattresses.. The location is very good and external landscaping is a sight to behold.

We stayed at Three Leaves Hotel for the first time as it was the only hotel that looked clean. Previously, we used to stay at Gajanan, which is not comparable but does not offer online bookings. After searching for hotels, we found that Three Leaves was the only one with clean and somewhat better rooms. We were offered a suite as their regular rooms were unavailable due to a large crowd.

The prices are significantly higher compared to similar hotels in nearby Nashik or Shirdi. However, since they have a monopoly in this area, we had no other choice.

Now, coming to the services, this is the worst part. They provide Biotique toiletries but only shampoo and moisturizer. When we asked about body wash, the staff didn't know about it. The Wi-Fi was not working for two days, and it didn't seem like it would work on the third day either. The swimming pool was not clean, and the filtration system wasn't working. The pool had a big beautiful slide, but it was also out of order. The hand shower in the washroom was leaking from the side.

They have taken great care in maintaining the outer areas, but they don't seem to focus on their room and service quality. We had to leave early at 6 am for pooja, but no one was available at the reception. They don't clean the rooms on their own, so we called them while we were outside to get our room cleaned in our absence. Their reply was that they didn't have a spare keycard and we needed to submit the key before leaving. This meant we had to wait until 7 am when their staff arrived, causing us to miss the pooja. We even handed over the key to the reception while having lunch at their restaurant, but no one came to clean the room. We returned with our key and found the room untouched.

The only thing that was worth the price was their restaurant. The food was extremely delicious compared to similar restaurants nearby. It was a bit pricey but reasonable considering the quality and taste.

This hotel seems to be one of the better places to stay near the temple, it’s on the main road and can be easily located. The tariff is a bit on the higher side and does not include breakfast. The temple is only a 10 minute walk from the property. The check in and check out was hassle free, the room was comfortable and the bath neat with accessories. The property also has a restaurant that serves veg food, the service was good and the food tasty. All in all a pleasant experience.

Pay the most expensive price and be treated like a beggar. The bedsheets and the blankets are pathetic quality ( all grits coming out) it feels like you are sleeping over a cactus bed with cactus blanket. The receptionists ( both)are very rude and unapproachable . Typically many come to trimbak for Puja in which you need to wash and dry your own clothes, inspite of asking couple of times the clothes stand, none was arranged and Instead I was suggested by operator to dry my clothes on rusted and dirty balcony railing. So you pay highest and keep asking like a beggar and be served none.
Ps : this is the most expensive priced property in trimakeshwar( not Nashik) and zero value to money .
Instead Go for any lodges . You will be served better. Laxmi residency / star international nearby is also a relatively new property with half price of similar rooms.

Naam bade aur darshan chhote

People who manage booking etc of this hotel are become salesmen. I have booked the deluxe room 20 days ago from "make my trip" by paying 100% advance amount. But manager didn't have vacant room when I entered into hotel. Anyhow, they managed a small room but it has no basic aminities like WC seat not ok, empty glasses not there, unclean room (refer the pic), smaller bed, TV not working etc etc.
Felt regret.
I think, one should rethink before booking of this hotel.
Thank you.

When you go from Nashik, this hotel comes first, besides the main road. A good hotel with ample parking place. There is a children's play area and garden in front of the hotel. You may walk to the temple which is hardly 500 meters. The rooms are small, but that is okay for a one-night stay, as generally tourists do not stay beyond that in Trimbak. There is no room service; you have to take your food at the restaurant. The food is also good in the restaurant. So for a one-night stay and a decent stay, this one is good.

Average Rooms. Unkept. Walls damp. Electricals defective. Untrained staff but polite. The lady at the reception was brilliant. The enterane is done up well. Steep for its offering. Unfortunately no other better place to choose. Restaurant served good food but the waiters were also untrained

We went to Trimbakeshwar and stayed at the three leaves hotel on 29th july'22 night, checkout on 30th morning.
I must say, it is a beautiful property, view from the room was amazing, very serene, yet very near to the temple. The reception arranged for auto to the temple promptly.
Swings and the park are enticing for kids, food is very good. Not ghar ka khana, yet not so spicey that one cannot eat.
Rooms are large and airy.
The yellow champa tree that were in blossom were a delight to behold.

Only issue I felt was that the water was cold while taking a bath, though it had been hot the night before.
I guess I could have sorted it out with a phone call to reception, but I was in a hurry.
Still I would give it 4 3/4 stars out of 5

The room that I stayed in and the options I checked there didn't have a bath tub. Not sure if there are any other options with bath tub. Three leaves staff/reception are best suited to answer this. Better call them up and check out with them only.
