A site mostly comprising of static caravans and long term residents. The sanitary facilities are like a motorway rest area: dirty and lacking. Moreover this site may suit you as a transit campsite on your way through France, but this is not a destination. No good for tents.

We spent a week here in the bottom range static caravan and had a very relaxing week. The campsite itself if not that big, but has a cafe/bar, a kids play area and a nice outdoor swimming pool. The majority of campers and caravaners seem to use the site as a night stop on their way north or south on... More

We always stay there for a stopover for our trips from Germany to the French Atlantic coast. The campsite is perfectly located (A1 nearby but you can´t hear it, le canal du somme is just next to the site) and very well managed and very tidy. The pool is nice and it is great to jump in there after a... More

Staff friendly, but very noisy site with no restrictions on noise levels, so kept awake until 2am. Facilities basic and poor standard with boots being washed up in washing up sinks. Sinks often blocked up with debris down plug hole. A good location for visiting the Somme but sadly we won't be returned ing to this site.

Lovely campsite and a great spot for travelling to and from major WW1 sites. We also visited Mametz to see the Welsh memorial which was very nice to see and is only a short drive. One of the workers even took us on a trip to Lens to watch Wales v England, it cost a pretty penny but saved a... More

We stayed here recently on route to Burgundy, having taken the Eurostar to Calais. Our crossing was delayed by over 6 hours(!) but the owner was more than happy to welcome us to the site at around 10pm and let us have our pick of lovely little pitches in the quiet and well equipped site. We would happily stay again!

We loved everything about this campsite! Leaving the motorway at exit 13.1, signs directed us to the site, which was just a few minutes away. The entrance was wide, there was a nice space to park off the lane whilst booking in, and we were made very welcome by Gonzague, who provided numerous maps and brochures about the local area... We spent a week in one of the mobile homes at this campground in early July. The unit was clean and well equipped (although, would be nice if toilet paper was included...) including a briquette bbq, outdoor eating area, and a nice grassy patch in front of the unit. The staff were welcoming and accommodating - due to the abnormally... More

This campsite is in the heart of the somme - perfect if you need a stopover for a longer trip into Europe, or if you wish to look around the Great War Battlefields and Cemetaries We arrived in late August 2014. Constance and Gonzague were very welcoming, but had given us the wrong mobile home. This wasn't a huge deal... More
