Thank you for your review, which is appreciated. Our check - in time is 4:00 onwards and, if you arrive before this time, our member of staff on duty will not be expecting you and may be expecting a specific delivery. The lamb shank problem was down to the local butcher who is normally very consistant with quality for our restaurant and who corrected the problem immediately. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Being family run we strive to make it much more personal and enjoyable.
